Wort customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Received a shabby run down storage locker and after 2 months they raised the rates, and good luck canceling their service. They will not… and I repeat will not answer the customer service line. I’ve probably spent close to 4 hours listening to elevator music, but the second you inquire about another storage they pick up in minutes. Complete scam!!

Had my stuff in storage for years with multiple price hikes eventually coming to $350 a month. All of the insulation inside the unit fell on top of my furniture and belongings and created a sticky residue that does not come off. There’s a massive hole in the wall that’s been there for however long, and the unit was infested with roaches. Management was next to me when I opened the door for the first time and informed me “ the insulation covers your stuff to stop a fire” everything in the unit is a complete loss due to the roaches and tacky insulation consuming my belongings.

Had a problem with my unit, a hole in the wall could have been from anything but it was pretty big. Jessika fixed it with brand new unit. (This one is way better) thanks Jessika!!!! Photos below for before and afters.

If I could give this a negative star I would. We moved our things to this storage facility because of hurricane Ian. We would have been better off, leaving our things in our moldy condo. The ceiling was covered with debris insulation that fell all over our items. They were smelly and worst of all covered with roaches. We had a total infestation with 20 or 30 live roaches in every box.

I have to say public storage socks. After paying well over a year about 18 months. I was unable to pay due to a death in family .Not only did they take my storage ok didn't like it but it is what it is. But to add insult to injury they put me in collections stating the sold it for $300 .I lost everything my son obituaries his photos jewelry items valued at the minimum 8000.00 and they think I'm gonna pay more. Sorry not gonna happen. If I could rate -5stars I would. Don't trust them once your late they hit you every month with the extra fee

As an owner of a moving company I have to give recognition to this place as Manager Patty and her team goes above and beyond for their customers. They are very attentive to details and make sure they keep the facility is kept clean.

My dad and I went to look at storage and Jessika took care of us, at the moment the storage we wanted was under repairs, as soon as it was ready she called us right away to let us know, we rented the unit and we are happy with the service and the convenience of getting the unit. It was a quick and smooth process. Thanks to Jessika.
