Le was wonderful! These people have an incredibly difficult job and truly want to help everyone. I was stuck on a weekend with another location that didn’t have any of my prescription in stock and the pharmacist, Le made she she got me taken care of quickly and efficiently without having to jump through a ton of hoops while everywhere else made me feel like a burden or bother or just put it all back on me to figure out, while she took responsibility for helping me and made it easy. They will have my business from now on.

If you have life saving prescriptions YOU MUST go somewhere else. Been in twice and NO PHARMACIST AVAILABLE to APPROVE RELEASE OF insulin. The pharmacist is giving shots rather than available to approve prescriptions. Only one pharmacist on duty here. If the pharmacist is giving shots then you will wait and wait or be asked to come back. This is my THIRD TRIP TO GET INSULIN. Publix is too cheap to staff enough pharmacists to give shots and approve prescriptions. I am switching to WalMart because the have 4 pharmacists on staff to serve their customers properly and in a timely manner.

Not the largest Publix I've been to in Southwest Florida but they had the dozen or so things I was looking for. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. Maybe not as awesome as my Publix back in Charlotte NC but still quite good. Signage is good and the prices are well marked. All of the associates are gloved and masked, which is nice to see during these pandemic days. I'm a fan. [Review 13294 overall, 612 of 2020.]

I will NEVER shadow the door of Publix ever again. I've shopped here for 7 years because this location is literally across the street. I am a disabled American & this was really convenient. There are many new faces working here including management & they just don't care to be truthful about their policy. Instead of looking into fixing the problem of which I tried to instruct them to do, they lied straight to my face about the whole matter. They refused me service by denying my EBT food card. I wonder how many others they deny? This is discrimination against a certain class of people. Has Publix become snobs? Many people come to visit me & always buy their supplies at Publix. NO MORE. I won't let them. Nothing purchased at Publix is no longer allowed in my abode & I will steer others away from them. Time to shop Aldi's. There products are better & cheaper anyway. Sorry Publix, you've gone to the dogs. Look thru my HUNDREDS of reviews. 99.99% of them are positive. It takes a lot for me to give a bad one. This Publix location deserves to go bankrupt.

What a beautiful clean store. Everything in the produce is stacked so beautifully. Very colorful. Isles are all faced, so neat and orderly. This is my first experience at a Publix. Parking lot is clean. Carts are a little scattered, left in the parking lot. Which is just a pet peeve of mine. I always take a stray cart with me to help clean the parking lot. I mean I'm going to use one anyway right? Might as well grab one from the parking lot and bring it with me. Common sense I guess. Prices are higher than I'm used to from the grocery store I shopped at in another state. That's going to take some adjusting. But over all. The cashier Irene G was fabulous. And the lady bagging my groceries. Both engaging. Very kind, very helpful about talking about the app. So courteous, so polite. Just a joy to chat with.

I shop at all Publix's for their convenience and well-trained staff. This Publix has the most depressed and rude workers I've ever met. I turn 23 years old at the end of this month and my boyfriend and I had to be double carded which only really happens at Walmart. The gentleman treated us like we were kids. I understand the need to be careful when purchasing for minors but what if my boyfriend were my dad and I was underage because he wanted to drink... I'm going to get carded as well? What a stupid thing to do.

Publix, known for its customer service is usually really good. The shelves a well-stocked and lots of products. The baggage staff is very helpful. The floors are exceptionally clean and overall it's one of the best grocery stores. However the pharmacy department is a tad bit understaffed which has resulted in a longer wait on a few occasions. They also have a great wine list. The key is to go before 5pm or after 7pm at night.

They are helpful, however they have to order my medication every time. They won't take it early and they won't pre-order it knowing when it's due and I find that very annoying that every month I have to go without medication for several days because of some "corporate rule". They need to figure out how to fix it especially with opiates, I'm changing pharmacies if it happens again, I shouldn't have to miss work and be in pain and go through detox because they won't order my medication before the date on the prescription, even though they know I will be out of my medication 4 approximately a week and it's the same medication every month. I've even come in and showed them my prescription and ask them to go ahead and order it and they won't do it. I would just like my medication to be there so I can fill it on refill date, and not have to wait for them to get it in and I waited over two weeks before. It's ridiculous and I'm locked into their Pharmacy through my insurance company so I couldn't go anywhere because I have to request to change pharmacies and that takes a couple weeks. The system for Publix is seriously flawed if when I was with CVS they would have it the very next day

I don't understand what has happened to this Publix over the last year. They are constantly running out of inventory, are short handed at the customer service counter and the deli is always a congested mess, unless of course you get there at 7AM. I've been going there for the past 15 years but over the last year, it's just gone down hill. For purposes of clarification, this is the Publix at Summerlin Crossings.

This Publix is the closest grocery store to our house. Unfortunately, we will be traveling further in the future. During the past few weeks we have experienced peppers full of worms, spoiled brussel sprouts, rotting grapes, and spoiled organic hamburger patties. On top of that, cut fruit only lasts a few days , indicating that it was nearly expired when they prepared it. Upon returning some of the items, the service counter person seemed to indicate that returns like this are not unusual. Clearly the vegetables and fruit at this store are not fresh and some of the packaged meat can be suspect. I will be driving down the street.

I love love love this Publix. Staff is always so helpful willing to take me to the item I need if I cannot find it. I often ask questions of the Produce manager as well as the Butcher. I always learn so much from them. The store is bright, clean and neat. The Pharmacists are exceptional. Once I discovered I was allergic to the dye in one of my medications. The pharmacist routinely filled my Rx with the white undyed version until the supply ran out. Then she called other stores to get their supplies even driving herself to one of their stores to pick up their supply of undyed tablets for me. How is that for going the extra mile!!! Also this store is exceptional about ordering items that I need that they might not carry. I hate having to go to other stores as this one is by far my favorite.

Publix as a brand is great. The marketing is always friendly and the staff can be as well. Each store is laid out differently, so if you have a particular one you go to and decide to visit another, don't expect your necessity to be in the same side of the store. This location is no different from the various other ones I have visited. It seems like Publix likes to flip their aisles around and confuse people. That's not to say I didn't find everything I was looking for - which I was - but consider this a forewarning in case you're accustomed to another local building. It's nice they accept competitor coupons, but sometimes the cashier has to have a long conversation with you first about using said coupon - like they aren't supposed to, or don't know how. So expect a manager to show up at some point during check out.
