Publix has lost a lot of what made it Publix. No more butcher counter, short of staff on registers, and it just doesn't have the charm it once held. Shopping is no longer a pleasure, but its still leaps and bounds above shopping at Target or Aldi. You got an amazing employee working in frozen. His name escapes me but hes Hispanic with a beard. Kudos to him for going the extra mile for us. The deli needs work!!!

I absolutely love Bass Pro Shops! It's like a playground for adults. The staff is super knowledgeable and always ready to help. If they don’t have what I’m looking for in stock, they’ll gladly order it for me and get it shipped quickly. I can easily spend hours there without even noticing the time fly by!

I don't believe in giving bad reviews, but here I go! Entered store and went to Seafood market area. Realized I made a mistake because nothing in display case was ready
. No Ice, no nothing. Currently, Shrimp is on sale. First Saturday of College Football. Asked for medium shrimp that was on sale. 5 pounds is all I needed. Guy behind counter walks around and shows me frozen shrimp that was 10.99 a pound. Then he asked when I was cooking. I said Mid-day. I was willing to come pickup later, he explained it was the same shrimp, but it was whole. So, I have to his job. Complete lack of customer service skills on his part. Didn't apologize for not having case ready at all. This employee needs to be trained properly and held accountable. I will never shop at this store. Many people feel this way in the area. Get your act together Publix and follow your motto! Good day!
