So I’ve been here two nights in a row, taking advantage of the Italian sub that’s on sale. Last night Saturday night the two workers were so incredibly slow and tonight, Sunday Marc Is phenomenal. It’s not the first time I’ve seen him. He is about three times more efficient than your average worker here he deserves a raise and he deserves to be recognized. I hope Management sees this.

Don't go during the lunch hour to get anything that isn't premade... You'll never make it back in time... They need more help in the deli and hot case.
The bakery is DELIGHTFUL on the other hand... I ALWAYS come to get coworkers cakes for their birthdays.

Take KC off of deli and put her in the back. By the time Brooke made 3 sandwiches for 2 different people, KC hadn’t even finished one. She’s very friendly and won’t stop talking while she should be focusing on work. It’s just painful to watch how slow she is, maybe she’ll be better at stocking shelves where there are no distractions for her

I'm giving two stars today just because the hard time I have today morning November 27 2024. This my favorite location, my favorite people for the last 20 years. Every month I'm going with my wife to get money orders for our rent with no problems (paying cash orde debitcard) Today was different because two associates got us for very first time and requested a lot of info for the money order transactions. I understand there's policies, but that doesn't give a right to any associates to treat us like thieves. That's the way both of representatives made us feel. They refused to complete transactions just because me and my wife went together to pay separately for money order to pay our rent. I drop my wife at home and came back and they still rejecting me. I felt discriminated so I went to another location at Fiddleticks where they treat me with love. I THINK THIS TWO ASSOCIATES WORKING TODAY MORNING NEEDS BE RETRAINING OR AT LEAST KNOW THAT PUBLIX IS A STORE FOR ALL FAMILIES AND FAMILIES GOING SHOPPING TOGETHER. I HOPE NO TO HAVE A SAME HARDTIME NEXT MONTH. Thank You.

Today Ms Glendis in customer service went above and beyond for me ! She doesnt know yesterday i unfortunately had a miscarriage and I was not feeling well but i still came into publix today since I do have other kids at home to feed ,but I went to the customer service with my items ,she notied i had so many items and offeres to kindly check me out on the register that was right behind us in the next isle emptly to customers and she told me she would grab the few items i had already sat on the customer service counter , how nice! Keep in mind I only purchased Wic items today. While walking to that next isle I just know the Lord had touched this lady and she also thanked me for coming into shop and today me to be safe since it's terrible weather raining all week . I just want to say thank you Ms Glandis as a mother who is having a hard time you get it !!

Raining day!!!! But this Publix have special place to unload and load and perfect! Publix like always everyone here is very nice and courteous and store is clean and very well organized

I wish I could give it more stars the two stars is that store looks clean other than that overpriced Publix used to say everything homemade and fresh at Publix not no more they don't even ground their own chopped meat it comes already chopped and grounded The bakery don't even make fresh cakes anymore they stopped making homemade bread there's only certain breads that they make everything comes Frozen from the Publix Warehouse if you don't believe me ask they will tell you all Publix sandwiches now come pre packed from the warehouse only Publix meats are from the warehouse all boars head are freshly cut for now so when you order a sandwich make sure it's boar's Head it's not a Publix meat because that's already pre-packed from the Publix Warehouse and I can't stand the sales they have buy two get one free I want to buy one and get one free just like everybody else
