Carl in the deli / sub station tonight provided great customer service that I’ve had at a sub station in a Publix. He was prompt and friendly. We visited another Publix up the road where the lady at the sub station was extremely unexpectedly rude to us when we asked to order subs so we came here to this location where we had a complete turn around on the customer service where we happily were served with a smile.

Just had a great customer service experience at my local Publix thanks to Jess. Opened a checkout lane for me, reminded me of a buy 2 and get 1 deal and then went to get me my 3rd while I unloaded the cart. Really outstanding service from someone I’m sure is valued by her employer. Thank-you Jess!

Very clean, always front and faced. Staff goes above and beyond always. They stop and greet you constantly, I actually know some of the staff by first name.

Publix has GREAT sandwiches BUT I only wish they would find a way to make their breads softer cause they basically crumble like a cookie when you take a bite.
Their meats are delicious and they have a great variety, their toppings are good and fresh.
The only thing like I said is the bread being too hard and crumble like a cookie when you bite into them.
There hot foods are BEYOND DELICIOUS ! I am ADDICTED to their potatoe balls filled with meat ! DELICIOUS. The ladies there are VERY nice to me they go out of their way to please me. Today i went in the late afternoon to get some potatoe balls but they didint have any cooked. So one lady offered to make some if i was willing to wait .. i said OFCOURSE ! And i went home 1000% satisfied ! Talk about GREAT OUTSTANDING TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. !
I wish i could remember the names of the 2 ladys that went out of their way for me today but i am sooooo bad at remembering names. But they were there around 2:30pm .i think i looked at one of the name tags of these ladies and i think it said GIO ( i apologize if its wrong) and the other lady had glasses ( sorry i cant remember her name)
BUT i do believe these 2 ladies deserve a recognition for the superb customer service they gave me today .
Thank you to these 2 ladies who made my day ! We need more of these kind of people in this word.
