The lady working the sub station tonight was honestly the rudest customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Publix. We were greeted by an already annoyed employee with
a “what can I help you with” type of attitude. I asked if there were any other breads left for subs & she responded in a rude tone saying “Well look at what time it is”. We responded “The Publix by our house serves subs all the way till they close so that’s why we were asking maybe there’s more bread in the back” and this must have ticked her off as she said we should have went to that location instead & why did we bother coming to this location since they’re sub station closes around 8 anyways (we got there around 8, but the store closes at 9) and how we should have called ahead if we wanted something earlier. Such an unexpected response. So unnecessary. Horrible customer service. Honestly, a simple “sorry we’re out of bread! Try the Publix up the street!”, would have been sufficient enough. Which is exactly what I did, drove up the road and went to the Publix on Gladiolus. Carl in the sub station provided the best customer service so refreshing.

This Publix is truly outstanding! We have two homes, and every time we visit our beach home, it’s an absolute pleasure to shop at this location. The front desk ladies always welcome us with a warm smile as we walk through the door. Their helpfulness is unmatched—if we need assistance finding something, they go above and beyond, even walking us to the exact spot.
Parking here is convenient, making it easy to get in and out. The prepared food is consistently fresh and delicious, and every hoagie is made to perfection. The staff works incredibly hard and always greet customers with a smile, even helping carry out groceries with genuine kindness. I can't say enough great things about the employees and their positive attitudes!

Quick stop here during an Uber ride from Ft Myers Beach to the Marriott Sanibel. We needed some supplies to keep things affordable during the week-long stay. This location has just opened or re-opened. Of course it's clean and new. The store was well-stocked and the cashiers were friendly and service was quick.

Publix Super Market at San Carlos consistently provides an exceptional shopping experience. The store is always clean, well-organized, and well-stocked, making it easy to find everything I need. The fresh produce section is particularly impressive, with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that are always fresh and neatly displayed.
The customer service at this Publix location is top-notch. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to assist with any questions or needs. On my most recent visit, an employee went out of their way to help me locate a specific item, demonstrating the kind of personalized service that keeps me coming back.
The bakery and deli sections are also highlights of this store. The bakery offers a tempting selection of fresh bread, pastries, and cakes, while the deli serves up delicious prepared foods and sandwiches. The quality and taste of the products are consistently excellent.
Checkout is always a breeze, with multiple lanes open and efficient cashiers who ensure a quick and pleasant experience. The self-checkout options are also convenient for those in a hurry.
Overall, Publix Super Market at San Carlos is a reliable and enjoyable place to shop. The combination of high-quality products, excellent customer service, and a pleasant shopping environment makes it my go-to supermarket.

Enjoyed the publix Philly steak sub, with banana peppers, the lady served me and when I let her know banana peppers are not in Australia, she gave me more. Really great service at the checkout. Thank you #delicious
