I would like Ford and Sam Galloway to stand behind their products. A Ford battery was replaced in September 2022 under 3 year warranty. 16 months later the battery needed to be replaced because of a bad cell. There was no proration of the billing for the battery because it was replaced under warranty. Clearly, I did nothing wrong to cause a bad cell it would be a Ford product manufacturing issue. There is no logical reason why there should not be a warranty on a Ford product that lasted less than 1/2 of its normal warranty period and failed because of a manufacturing issue. The fact that Ford does not pay the dealer for warranty work should not cause a warranty not to be issued. If this was an engine instead of a battery would this be the same case? My wife and I have been purchasing Ford vehicles for over 30 years and this situation is making me examine my options the next time. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the service department.

The definition of stealership!! I took my 2015 cmax because the brake lights would not turn off. I explained this to the advisor who was very nice by the way. Anyways they take it back, charge me $240 for a diagnostic, fast forward to 2 days later when I get some news on the car. They claim an abs module is mad 3573.00 and if that doesn't fix the brake lights, we'll then a booster for $1683.00 that was a little more than I would like to invest in a kids first car. So I kindly said I would pick up the car and take it home. I get home and search YouTube. I purchased a brake light switch for $36.00 and what do ya know?!?!? Brake lights off! Imagine that. I will never purchase a new ford if this is the way they treat people. I also have receipts and all for proof. Scammers

Easy and fast transaction of buying a car. Paperwork went smoothly without any surprises. Highly recommend the service center for oil changes, tire rotations, recall, etc.

Brought my car in for service through warranty, Had Jason M. as my advisor and he did an excellent job in keeping me updated throughout the process! Got my car 2 days earlier than expected! Just wished I didn't have to wait 30 mins to get my car back nonetheless, Good service and staff!

Absolutely incredible! I needed a new van for the company everywhere I went they attacked you like ants. Finally, I saw the van that would work sitting in the parking lot I pulled in. I was taken back to the commercial department where I met Bryan Rodriguez. He was extremely professional went over details, and it took at the most 45 minutes and I was out. Excellent customer service, very professional, no pressure whatsoever. They are there to get what you need not what they want you to drive away. We have finally found the supplies that we've been looking for that has the integrity.

I just wanted to say that I never thought I would be driving a ford, but it just so happened, I fell into a deal,and I have it serviced with you guys and I just wanna tell you Haley is so awesome in the service department! she has helped me so much I trust her and will never go anywhere else! Haley is my to go to girl!!!!on one other occasion Dallas stepped in to help out and I was so embarrassed I was in tears and my car started acting up on 41 and Dallas was so compassionate, he stepped right in to help and I was ever so greatful for Dallas and Haley! These guys are awesome!Sam Galloway Ford is very blessed to have Haley and Dallas on there team!

I least a new 2022 Explorer 13 months ago and took delivery with out rear A/C controls. The Staff a Galloway told me that Ford would send me a notices when they would install the controls. They have never gave me a date As to installation . I bought the car from Galloway so now I'm looking for Galloway to make it right after all these months. If you can't get this done you need to give me aNew explorer that has all the controls installed and working. SincerelyJim Lynch.

Update: 7/31/23After voicing my concerns to management, I received a call from them giving their sincere apologies for my negative experience. Management member assured me it would not happen again and offered to rectify the issue if I returned. After cooling off from such a high anger level, I was willing to give the business a chance to fix their relationship with me. So I returned to have the service done that I tried to get done before. The business finally lived up to the services titled "Quick Lane". I was in and out in 31:15! That is how it is supposed to go! I was very pleased with this experience and will continue to patronize this business.

Tuve una experiencia horrible con ellos. Son despotas los managers y solo mandan a los vendedores a negociar y no quieren dar la cara ellos para no darte descuentos de ningún tipo y no quieren negociar el presio del carro y todo lo manejan a conveniencia de ellos y el financiero solo pretende subir y subir más la cuenta del carro poniéndote garantías extendidas y muchas cosas que en verdad no las vas usara y cada que rechazas sus ofertas se enojan tanto que te hacen sentir miserable. En si tienen una muy mala atención al cliente y no quieren negociar en lo más mínimo en sus precios de locura. Es un dealer malísimo.

We stopped in and my wife liked the 86k Expedition Max. We came because we heard the radio commercial saying they guarantee 3000 over KBB on any SUV trade in, so they say KBB trade in on my 2009 Escalade ESV Platinum is like 5000 but since the check engine light was on they would take 4000 OFF KBB!?!?? Not to mention the Sales manager that test drove my car took it through their wash to see any dents/scratches and it ripped off the side chrome and broke it in half. Then said they wouldn't cover or fix it because they were doing me a favor of washing it.... False advertising and very poor customer service made us decide no chance in getting a Ford for our next car.

First review I've ever done had to be for this place, do not recommend for young girls to purchase from them. They used every stereotype in the book to try to bully me into an absolute bs of a deal. Thank god my parents warned me about places like this. I could write a book, beware!

My review is for Sam Galloway Lincoln next door to the Ford dealership. They have great customer service, I was very happy with my vehicle purchase and service since. I've been a customer for a couple years and recommend them.I can't comment on the Ford dealership but at Lincoln they take very good care of their customers at least from my experiences

So I took my explorer, which I bought from them, in for a "quick lube". Wow. What a joke. 2.5 to 3 hour wait. No thanks. They need to stop claiming quick lube. Needless to say I didn't waste my time.

This place is the biggest joke in Lee County! I brought my vehicle in for maintenance, after almost two weeks with minimal communication (I kept calling) I finally got my vehicle back just to have the same issue arise that same day.I called immediately to get it rescheduled just to find out that I couldn't schedule for another month and a half. I live 30 minutes from the dealership so I informed them I would not make an appointment until they could confirm that there was a rental available. I waited a week to get a call back stating they had a car so I scheduled my appointment. A month and a half later I bring the vehicle in, get it checked in and come to find they have no vehicles available. Everything with this dealership; sales, service & parts is all on their time and with no urgency. They never keep their word and give you the run around. I might start driving further out of my way just to avoid this place!
