I am sending care package boxes to a APO address for my daughter who is on deployment for the Army.Due to US Customs the process is very tedious. Listing everything in the box and value and so on, the process is time consuming. In comes Honey at Quick Pac & Ship located at Veranda Shops. She has been an absolute angel helping me with flat rate boxes and forms and filling out the details on documentation. I found the process very daunting, Honey makes it really easy for me. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me. She goes above and beyond! She even found APO mailing kits for me to use.My Daughter and her Company are thrilled to have something to look forward to when the mail is delivered. Honey is “Customer Service Personified “. A million “Thank You’s” to Honey at Quick Pack & Ship -The Shop’s at Verandah!!! ???

The guy behind the front counter, I have no idea what’s wrong but he’s extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I came here once about 2 weeks ago, he was extremely rude, but quick so I didn’t take it to heart. I stopped by today and for whatever reason, he was furious before we got through the door. He gave us such nasty looks and even threw the previous customers package on the ground as we approached the counter. We weren’t aware they don’t do QR code shipments here but all he could’ve said was “sorry, we don’t do those here.” But instead he was a complete jerk with a horrible attitude. We weren’t even rude when we walked in, none of the 2 previous customers who walked out while we were walking in were rude either so why this boy had such a nasty attitude was beyond me. My recommendation: everyone should avoid coming here until he finds a new job or something.

Oh, I love this place and honey is always amazing. Always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to help you with questions or needs you may have. So happy to have such a great place so close to home.

I go to a lot of pack and ship stores, UPS stores, etc. This one is hands-down my favorite and I try to plan my shipping around their schedule. The staff is amazing- super helpful, patient, and funny (not necessarily important to shipping, but adds to the atmosphere). Always the best rates, very convenient location.

It’s probably not often someone (me) calls from California and asks if you could pick up a taxidermy dik-dik from they had just won in an auction and have you wrap, pack and ship it 3000 miles. But he we were doing exactly that. Thank you so much for taking the extra time to make sure Reginald was packaged so he arrived in perfect condition!

I’m giving them a five! Everyone is helpful and kind, especially Honey. I’m a severe traumatic brain injury survivor and sometimes I need a little more clarification or assistance on something that may seem simple. Ha! Of course, I can’t remember how exactly Honey helped me, but she was great and didn’t make me feel troublesome!! I wish more stores and employees were this great!! Rock-on, Qwik Pack & Ship and Honey!!! ⭐️

There is no need to give a despective answer to a legitimate question. Just because the documents to be sent are not important to you, does not mean that they are not extremely important to the sender. They will also not give you the envelope for FedEx if you are not immediately going to buy some service from them, meaning that you might want to prepare the documents at home and then bring them back, ready to go. You have to go in prepared to pay for a shipment. Reaction to owner's reaction: The owner stated exactly, "Your documents may be important to you, but they are not gold." That is rude sarcasm, and unnecessary. I was informed that extra insurance for documents is not available, end of discussion. The owner did not "save" the customer any money, the discussion ended after informing the client that Fed Ex does not insure documents for more than $100.

Great place to ship or mail anything. Staff is always so nice and especially Matt. He goes beyond his duties to assist you in the best way possible. Prices are very reasonable.

I use this place out of sheer convenience, if there were any other options I don't think I would. More than half the time I go, there is a sign posted saying "be right back", but they are never "right back" and it's never around lunch time. One time waited half an hour with five other people, and the lady just smelled like she was smoking out back. She seems rather inconvenienced when I ask for tracking numbers on a receipt, and very often types them in wrong. Such terrible customer service.
