I visited this race track location recently and had a disappointing experience with the cashier at the front. From the moment I approached, she showed a complete lack of acknowledgment — no greeting, no eye contact, no response when I said hello. It genuinely felt like I was bothering her just by being there.
She appeared to be distracted, possibly on her phone (though I can’t say for sure), and simply rang up my items in silence. No “cash or card,” no “have a nice day,” not even a word when I said thank you. The entire interaction was cold and unwelcoming.
I understand not every day is easy, but if you’re working in customer service, basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional. It’s unfortunate, because experiences like this can really sour a visit. I hope management takes note and encourages better engagement with customers in the future.

Lately the pumps are very slow in this location it can take almost 30 minutes to fill a 20 gallon tank. Not very efficient.

Be careful with self check outs they are scams, noticed it won't register items that are buy one get one free, it will charge you for both items. They do this at all places be very careful at self checkouts

On two separate occasions within the past week, I went in to buy nicotine products and they had a sign posted for three dollars off. Both times they rang me up full price, and when I questioned them about why I wasn't getting the three dollar discount they said they didn't know. This is false advertisement and will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau

The shift floor manager on Saturday love to raise his voice. I guess he love this way, letting people know that he is the boss. Instead listening he yells. I'll never be back in that place again.
