I came in the store a few days ago because I was having a problem with a pump not taking my card, which is extremely frustrating. Angel helped me at the register and was extremely nice. He helped me figure out the problem so I don't have this situation again next time. Very friendly young man.

I had lottery tickets that I wanted to cash in. Three people waiting in line ahead of me to check out the items they were purchasing. Including one lady who had a basket full of items. When my turn came the worker, Becca, asked me if I would wait till she checked out the three people behind me also. I had already waited my turn and waited for three people so I said no. Why would I want to wait for her to check out three additional people to cash in my four lottery tickets. she was not pleasant about it when I said no that I had waited my turn.

This location is laughable!! This has to be the top 5 worst racetrac a lot of pumps are not working. They are straight trash. Omg, if racetrac had a franchise gas station this is what would look like.🤣 And to top it off filling your tank will take forever.

I am a regular customer of this location and I can live on Pizza, and I have eaten a lot of pizza in every possible convenience store throughout this country, however for some reason RaceTrac only has a few choices on the toppings and the pizza dough itself is good…. Except for a huge detail about the unfinished product that definitely keeps their pizza from being the most satisfying convenience store and small shops because they fail to have a broader range of toppings, and worse yet that lovely pizza crust is large and soft and has no flavor to finish off with a flavor burst and everyone I know does the same thing with their crust … we have to throw it out because the store doesn’t provide any dipping sauce like butter spread with garlic and parmigiana nor do they lightly cover the crust around the entire pie. This simple, yet delicious extra step would catapult their pizza into the leader of them all. That’s a fact… and it has a strict rule that employees are not allowed to make a daily special that includes a veggie pizza or a deluxe pizza to keep their customers coming back each day because they offer the daily special. If I were the marketing director for their pizza line the very first thing I would do is select a slice of pizza and take a bite out of the crust first and then increase the budget slightly to cover the cost associated with going from good pizza to an amazing pizza and add some dipping sauce to it… then I’d sit back and watch that sales increase and fund other areas throughout the corporation.

I always have an excellent trip whenever I go to RaceTrac and I see Travis and Damien, hands down the single best two employees!! Always kind and courteous, these guys embody integrity, compassion, and customer service!!!!
