Went in 7:50pm on Friday evening. Walked in and our daughter was already in there. There were several other customers in there. Started to look at the work sneakers. All the sudden the lights go out. We though a child who was playing in the aisle hit the lights. My husband went around the corner when the lights didn’t come back on. He asks girls at register if they were closing? She said resister already closed. At this time it was 8pm. We were like were you going to tell people? There were other customers in there too who also looked confused. My husband said can we buy these? They said no register is closed. I said why didn’t you tell us when we walked in like 5 mins ago that you were closing. She said we close at 8pm. No one said anything to us at anytime. We walked out without our purchase. Looked on Google and it said it closes at 9pm. Worse customer service.

The website shows the store closes at 9 o’clock tonight. We arrive at 7 o’clock and the store was closed. We went to another shoe store and made our purchases. The website needs to be updated,

The manager of this store was very rude to me when I was inquiring about exchanging a pair of recently purchased shoes that did not fit me. I didn’t know their policy and was not able to return the shoes, which I was totally understanding of; however the manager felt the need to talk to me in a sarcastic way which I did not appreciate. And continued even after I showed my understanding of the policy.??

And my myself, my disabled wife, my daughter, and my autistic son visited rack room shoes on Saturday, October 15th. We travel with service dogs, two trained for my wife and one for my son. We were approached by an older blonde woman who told us that we needed to take two of the dogs out. This is of course illegal and discriminatory as they are SERVICE DOGS, not ESAs. She told us we needed to provide paperwork, which shows ignorance of service dog laws as the law EXPLICITLY states that no identification is required. I calmly attempted to explain the law to her snd she accused me of being threatening and confrontational. I suggested that she google the law before she made a fool of herself, and she flatly told ne she wasn't going to do so, called my family and I a bunch of names, and insisted we leave.No problen, we won't be back. We will also be filing formal complaints with the ADA and the BBB. In the future, I would again suggest you do research, especially when a customer tells you explicitly what the laws are and to look them up.

My wife visited your Gulf Coast store location. There was an issue at the register and she was charged twice. Showed the staff where it was taken out if our checking account twice. Manager had an attitude and would not fix the issue. Said if he gave her refund she would be getting free shoes? Evidently he needs some further training. When someone is billed twice they should be taken care of. The guy was clueless. We had been double billed before from FPL Wal-Mart auto loans. Those situations were rectified immediately! I have been an retail mgr for a big box stores for over 30 years and this issue does happen. We have been shopping at that location for.over 10 years even driving from Naples passing 3 other stores in our area. Also shopped the location in Albermarle NC for 9 years. And this is the service we get? I don't think so there are too many other options in this world!

It was 13 min until close. We knew this so we were going to be quick. The girl told us " hi, we close in 10 mins" It would have been kind to say "hi, how can I help you?" It felt like "hurry up so I can get out of work" Then the other girl working g had already locked one of the doors and had to tell the other customers leaving to use the other door bc she already locked it.

This place has signs on the door saying they close at 7pm. Yet both the girls inside seen us approaching the door and locked it it was 6:52pm and people in the store.
