I use to really enjoy this store . Today I was told I could not try anything on and dresses rooms are closed due to Covid ? This was in the Ft Myers store on Palm Beach. The sales girl advised just buy it and if it doesn’t fit bring it back ! Not a way to do business !

This was my worst experience ever i was happy to go into this place and i will never walk into again these people were the worst people i have ever talked to in my life they were so disrespectful and rude because their dressing rooms weren't open and I tried to put something over my clothes and they made it a huge deal the manager was even worse she was rude when she told me that i can not try it on over my clothes i would never ever recommend anyone to this store i can not believe how rude these people were they made my elderly grandma cry and they were 10x more disrespectful to her never again with i ever go to this store

I came to the Fort Myers Location and purchased something that I couldn’t try on, because their fitting rooms were closed , so when I tried to return it, they could only do store credit . How am i supposed to purchase something and I cant even try it on to see if it will fit, so I forcefully had to get something from store credit that i didn’t even like, because they cant give me my money back. They need to change their policy or let People try on the clothes they want to buy from them. Never again will I buy from this store again. It SUCKS!!

I love shopping here, the ladies are always very helpful & selection of clothing For plus size women has really grown. If you want to look nice while staying within your budget rainbow shops is definitely the place to go
