“By far the best realtor is Trevor Moore. Why? I personally love the aesthetics of homes where Trevor brings me down to earth looking at mechanicals ,and making sure I’m not buying in a flood prone area. Why is that important? Because I had a realtor who didn’t look out for me and 3 weeks after moving in I ended up buying a whole new HVAC system. You need an advocate for you. How old is the roof , the windows, those things matter more than you think. A realtor that will tell you the truth so you have all the facts so you don’t make bad decision.
