“We had just recently rented a place in Fort Myers through Key Real Estate Advisors. A few weeks later, while we were still moving things in, Hurricane Ian hit Florida. Our unit had received significant lower level water damage, just like many, many others here in Florida. I contacted Dan Norden, as the unit was uninhabitable, and would remain so for an indeterminate period of time. Dan responded back to me quickly, even though I could only imagine how busy he was. Dan allowed us to terminate our lease since we were actually still in the process of moving in. His company also returned our deposit as promised. I sent approximately 10 different emails, and each one was answered quickly and efficiently. He also allowed us to leave our car in the garage for a few days, as I could not get a wrecker. We greatly appreciate his concern and willingness to work with us during this disaster, as well as his empathy for our situation.
