Regal Belltower offers a convenient and friendly movie-going experience, with helpful staff like Charles who provide knowledgeable recommendations and excellent service. The theater's employees are consistently polite and quick to assist, including providing accessible options like closed caption glasses, which enhance the overall experience. The venue features a variety of shopping spots nearby, making it a good location for both entertainment and shopping, with favorites like Burntwood and Tap 42 often visited by regulars. However, the theater itself shows signs of aging, with old, uncomfortable seats and a generally outdated appearance. Some theaters can be hot and humid, even with low occupancy, which may detract from comfort. The single entrance and exit design can make movement a bit tricky, especially after ticket checks. Ticket prices tend to be high, which might not match the condition of the facilities. Despite these issues, the staff's friendliness and the convenience of nearby shops make Regal Belltower a decent choice for moviegoers, though improvements in comfort and updates would enhance the experience.
CJ is amazing. The best personality and service. He made me smile and feel right at home. Thank you man

Decent. Only one way walk in theaters meaning only the one entrance/exit. When entering after check tickets, roping directs to concession without being able to exit beforehand.

So many great shopping spots! Love Burntwood, it was a weekly regular spot for me for a while. Just tried tap 42 and that place blew my mind!
