Do not waste your time and money with Regions Bank they are a joke you put a $10,000 check into your account they want to hold it for a minimum of 10 days this bank is a scam! If you go to Chase Bank your funds are available within a day or two Regions Bank is as bad as Bank of America both scumbags that care about their own pocket!

If I could guve this location a - ** I certainly would. The bank manager here has THE poorest customer service skills I have ever encountered and trust me after running multiple multi-million dollar busibesses for 30+years I have seen my share of BAD. Not only do they NEVERRRR have xhange but she is rude as can be and will get into disputes with you every time.bank I have ever been to that

Just showed up to this location today and the manager was rude and very unprofessional. She called me a liar and walked away from me without even hearing me out. Her name is Rita. I guess that's how Karen's handle a black man!

one of the worst experiences I have had at a bank. Very inexperienced and time waisting. I wanted to help my future daughter in law help build her credit and so the sales associate recommended a secured credit card and secured loan. It was supposed to be easy peasy. We were told all was good but then got a call that she needed us to sign something as she had forgotten to have us sign. I thought ok no problem and then a couple of days later she needed us to come back. What was supposed to be easy -peasy turned into an extra 4 hours of my time...really ridiculous. I would not recommend this bank at all!!!

The "Home" office put a 2 week hold on my paycheck that I deposited from my app. At the College Pkwy Location, where I was told to call, Rita was very rude on the phone "Nothing to do to help. Have a nice day Mame." and in person when I went in to close my accounts the same thing. I was expecting to have the $1,400 available to pay bills the next day after depositing. Even when I brought the paper check in, I was told by her that I could move my saving over to pay my bills and wait till they decided. No kidding! she said again, " Have a nice day Mame"She needs a new profession with no customer contact.Opening an account at Chase today

Absolutely horrible bank and customer service. We have used this bank for 20 years. This week we made a deposit and the check was put on hold for 2 weeks - it was not a large amount and drawn on a local bank. No one knows why and will not do anything to lift the hold. The branch manager Jodi could not have been more rude or unhelpful. Would not lift the hold or do anything to help. Normally I wouldn't care, but we had a bill due today and wanted to use that money to make the payment.

I must say that I love writing complimentary reviews. I understand mistakes and I don't like to call out minor issues. Still, this is a minor issue and yet I am compelled to describe it. I have been a customer of the College Pkwy Regions Bank in Ft. Myers nearly since it opened. A long time. People, service, services, the whole show is always pleasant and welcoming. That is why this situation stands out so. i was on my way to pick up a Blue Moon pizza and figured I'd deposit a sizable check on the way. Making things more complex for myself, I first went to the ATM to get a $20 for the $14 pizza. Realizing that I could save time at Blue Moon with correct change, I pulled around to the drive-through. "Hi, I'd like to deposit this check in my mother's trust/estate account. And, may I get change for this $20 to include five ones?" "Five ones, sure. I'll be right back." Transaction complete, I drove away. Mind you, everything has always been fine before. I guess those days are over. I pulled the 'change' from the envelope and found four fives. Well, there went the planning to save time. Sure enough, at Blue Moon, they brought out the pizza and then took another five minutes to return with change. When I got home, I checked my account to verify the deposit. Wrong account. She had deposited my mother's estate check into my checking account. Now, it looks like I'm swindling the estate. Just what I need. Sure, I can move the money and will after the check clears in ten days. But why should I endure this frustration. Meanwhile, the beneficiaries are going to question why I deposited this particular check into my own account. This is going to cause headaches in the future as audits are completed and the books are reviewed. The more I realize the implications of her error, the more I realize the problems she created for me. And not just in arriving home with a cold pizza. Get back in the game, Regions.

I'm really upset and concernI still can not believe this bankThey take your money and pend it with out correct informationI get the corporation on phone and regions rep hung up on supervisorI'm loss with wordsThey r taking money from my family even after the supervisor from the company said they would release it the rep hung upRegions was not helpful I am canceling my account they were not at all trying to help in this situation

Regions bank in general has been a total nightmare. The pop money transfer system is a joke. Every time you call they apologize for their mistakes, say that it will be corrected but it Never is!! A very small, inexperienced bank that has no clue.
