Horrible customer service and company policy. Spent over 12000.00 with them. The patio table didn't fit. They would not return it. We had the. Box and all hardware.

Bought a cherry red king bedroom set from here and the wood has mold growing from it after having it for a month. My house was bought in December and had an inspector inspect it before purchase. Nothing else has mold except for the drawers and the bottom of the bed. Corporate blamed me for it when I explained to them there is no other form of mold in house after inspection other than this bed. Do NOT PURCHASE YOUR BEDROOM HERE THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!! Wouldn't even send a technician out to look at it!!!!! $2k down the drain!

Everything was good until I needed customer service. Trying to get a hold of someone there is impossible. They won't answer the phone, instead direct you to download an app. Went to their site, and again it says to call or text. The text bot keeps asking the same question, and after copy and pasting the same information three times with my name and order number I was asked to call them at the same number that no one answers. Very disappointing customer service. I will be going to the store to cancel the customer service insurance I purchased with this furniture.

Review for salesperson Una - absolutely fantastic, professional, polished customer service. Seriously, I never thought I would say this about a furniture place, but....it's really great. Every time I come here the service is fantastic, but Una went even above and beyond the "normal fabulous." I have bought furniture from this location multiple times, and always had a great experience. From the moment you walk into this showroom, you are immediately greeted by a professionally dressed, poised, enthusiastic salesperson. Can it feel a bit predatory....maybe, if you just wanted to browse, yes. They obviously work on commission, and are ready to pounce when you walk in, but...I know me, and I need help, so I WANT that! They ask questions to get to know your style, current decor, room dimensions, etc, and guide you personally through the enormous showroom to the areas that will meet your needs. They will literally walk through the store with you for an hour, spend as much time as necessary going back and forth (and back, and forth) between pieces until you have exactly what you want. This might be too high pressure for some people, but for me, who doesn't know what I like until I see it 3 or 4 times...it's exactly what I am looking for. A personal shopper/designer dedicated only to me while I'm there. No distractions, no glancing over to see if there's another person who they might make a sale to...nope. Just totally focused on you and your needs until you leave (or ask them to go away, I'd imagine.) I have bought a bedroom set and multiple separate pieces here, and will continue to do so. I feel goofy writing this, but I love this furniture store, and Uma is an absolute gem.

25 October 23 Ordered a new leather sofa from Rooms to Go furniture store. A week later the sofa was delivered to my house and set up by employees Oswaldo and Amauris. Both employees of Rooms to Go were courteous and efficient at completing the task at hand. Once completed, Oswaldo and Amauris promptly departed. The old sofa was deposited at the curb for pick up by the city at a later date. The new sofa is an almost perfect match with my love seat and recliner which are still in good condition and did not require replacement. The new sofa blends in well. The difference ? This time I went with a motorized sofa ... Yay ! The headrest adjust as well as the sofa reclines. Well , time to put this reclining sofa to use ...

This review is for the salesperson ONLY! I want to give a big shout out to Erica Zavala in the Ft. Myers store. She helped us with decision making in purchasing a new bedroom set and rug for our recently renovated condo. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable and really got to know our taste and made great suggestions. She spent a lot of time with us and never rushed us. She is the ONLY reason we would go back to that store. We recently has a problem with a delivery and customer service was useless and non existent. We spoke to 2 representatives and a supervisor and all they could say was sorry there is nothing we can do. I then called the store and explained everything to Erica. She couldn't believe their lack of customer service. I could tell she genuinely felt bad and asked if she could look into this further and call me back. Within 15 minutes she worked out a solution with the help of her manager and my issue was solved. We cannot thank her enough. Customer service could learn something from her problem solving skills. Thank you Erica. Customer Service gets NO Stars.

We had the best shopping experience EVER. The furniture was great quality, sales were good and because of our sales lady we got exactly what we needed. She made it such an easy experience that we couldn’t stop buying stuff. I’ve decided to come back for accessories and rugs. Thank you to Haley at the Fort Myers location.

excellent service from Rebecca Wagner when we bought a sofa and end tables. She made our time there easy and quick, after showing us many possibilities. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable shopping experience! We are long time shoppers at Rooms To Go, but we hope to work with Rebecca each time we need something in the future.

We went in to look at leather recliner couches. By the door was a girl by the name of Darlene she was friendly told us where they were located. Me & My husband walked around to see which ones we liked. When we sat down on the couch-recliners we liked she came over. What a delight not pushy at all. Darlene was a wonderful salesperson. We bought the couch-recliner. Thank you for the great customer service.

We bought what we thought was a nice electric loveseat and couch plus we bought a warranty. Had to call the warranty for the recliner not working right. They came out greased it and said all was well. It is not working right and I've contacted the multiple times to get a revisit or even a replacement. They won't respond. So I figured I would warn people of the service. Be careful of buying from rooms to go is my opinion.5/27/23 warranty came out again and he feels nothing is wrong but may suggest a new motor. I have had family tell me that it isn't working right either so it is not just me. Luckily I have a great store manager Michael that is staying on top of this problem with the warranty department to get this resolved.

About a month ago, I had gone to this location to pick out my brand new bedroom set and had no idea of the absolutely awful experience I would go through for my first time buying anything from a furniture store. First, the guy that was "helping me "ended up telling me that it was not a credit card and just a loan when I specifically asked if it was a credit card. By the way, it is a credit card. On May 5, the set was delivered and three of the pieces came broken. As unfortunate as this was, I was willing to accept an exchange. On the 10th, they came for the exchange and two out of the three were broken again. On top of this these guys also threw the extra trash in my valet trashcan. That trash does not get taken out, unless it is in a bag, so I had to dig it out and take care of it for them. When they called to reschedule my SECOND exchange, I asked for a compensation for the unnecessary troubles. The guy said the best he could do was a $40 refund or a $50 gift card for a future purchase. He also put a "red flag" on the merchandise so that it would come in a good condition. In the moment I accepted the $40 expecting my next exchange to not be damaged. On the third delivery, everything seemed to be OK. However, when taking the pieces out of my apartment, they chipped the paint on my door. As well as like the rest of the other deliveries, there was Styrofoam pieces left all over my floor which is a HUGE hazard to my pet cat. I was willing to let it all go before I saw the chip in my headboard, yet ANOTHER piece of damaged furniture has been delivered to my home. I have called customer service and they said that there was nothing else they could do since I excepted the "compensation" on the 12th when I still got my last delivery on the 17th (damaged again). I called the store today and they said there was nothing they could do except exchange the pieces get a whole set AGAIN. I had explained I don't want to go through the trouble of another exchange since obviously the third time was not the charm. He told me to call customer service and ask for my $220 of delivery fees to be waived. I called customer service requesting this compensation and they said there was nothing they could do and to call the store. I explained I did call the store and they told me to ask for this compensation. She put me on hold and came back and said that she would waive the fees. When she came back from putting me on hold again, she said that she got approved for half of the delivery fees to be waived, as well as another exchange which I EXPLICITLY said I did not want. I had clearly stated to everybody I had talked to today that I do not want to reschedule my entire day and wait around for delivery that some drivers don't even update on the website, or call when they're on the way. I just accepted this half compensation due to the fact that they are running me in circles with the continued misinformation and lies. I feel as though it is because I am a young woman that no one is taking my concern seriously. Very disappointed to have this as my first experience buying furniture and will NOT be returning again.

My wife and I went shopping for our new house and decided to purchase a sectional and after about a week the whole thing fell apart while my 73 year old mother was sitting in it. Shame on this company for allowing this to be put out.

Lisa from rooms to go was amazing. She helped us out from the moment we walked in until we left with our new perfect couch. She was very attentive and sweet. We are super excited to have our new couch. The protection plan for 3 years was so only $270. With pets that’s a great deal. Huge thank you to Lisa!!!

I would like to highly recommend our salesperson today at Rooms to go Mario. Great professional and ethical. We felt very comfortable since I did not feel being pressured at anytime, which is very uncommon at any store, we were not followed and had the pleasure to look and make decisions with pleasure.
