I used to love Ross but there prices are just as high as high end department stores.. so I'd rather go to a nicer more spacious store that cost the same and will probably be more affordable with sale prices a store where I can try on clothes comfortably and not wait forever in line..a store not so crowded and hot where you are bumping into another customer every couple minutes..and dealing with bad attitudes from other customers and store employees.. ( and what's the deal with all ladies clothing here mainly being crop top style??, some of us may like a top or jacket that comes all the way to the waist.. who's the buyer here? A 12 year old? most of their clothing isn't that attractive, so I'd recommend not shopping here.

The service here is absolutely terrible. You’d think during the holiday season they’d have more staff and be willing to assist, but that’s not the case. The line stretches all the way to the back, and there’s only one cashier working. When I asked another store associate for help, she flat-out said no. Even after speaking with the manager about the lack of movement in the line (we’d been waiting over 30 minutes), she looked me in the eye and also said no, claiming she had to put perfume bottles away—right in front of everyone waiting. So rude!
To make matters worse, there’s this loud static playing over the music, adding to the frustration. I get that we’re paying less here, but does that mean we deserve to be treated like this? Unbelievable!

Was in the changing room and the worker unlocked the door with another shopper no knock just walked right in while I was changing. I never felt so humiliated and violated. Never will go back until they get there workers in check.

Very disappointed. Only 2 very small dressing rooms and one was closed. Not a lot of selection.
