Had to get my windshield replaced and recalibrated and they were fantastic! The whole process was fast and smooth, no issues at all. The job was completed in a very timely manner. The inside waiting area was clean and comfortable. Customer service was great, very good communication. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately I had a cracked windshield from a rock on alligator alley with the construction they’ve been doing. I made an appointment at the Naples location & they gave me the runaround for almost 4 weeks and when I had enough, I canceled & made the appointment in Fort Myers.Spoke to someone at the shop in Fort Myers & they were able to fix the problem Naples was having in 2 seconds out of the 3 and a half weeks they couldn’t do!Best decision ever coming to this location, it was a breeze - between fixing a minor issue over the phone, the great customer service, time efficiency - it was truly amazing!I appreciate the entire staff! Thank you!

They were able to schedule me for a next day appointment. I waited exactly 1 hr and 15 mins and my car was done. They texted me reminders pre appointment and even received a follow- up text from the technician the next day. Would highly recommend!!

I recently had the windshield of my 24' Honda Civic repaired at this location. Sadly, during the process, they caused a dent in the fender close to the windshield and damaged the paint on the A Pillar behind it. I faced significant challenges trying to contact someone for resolution. When I finally reached them, they refused to accept responsibility, claiming the issue was not visible in their photographs – photographs that were never shared with me. This experience led me to cancel a forthcoming appointment with them, as it seemed likely they would deny the damage in person as well. My advice to others is to thoroughly document your vehicle's condition, both externally and internally.

Super quick and friendly service from Christopher his coworkers with a decent amount of comfy chairs to sit in while you wait and even a little coffee station to enjoy. Thank you again I didn’t realize what a difference a new windshield is ?

The Safelite in Fort Myers, FL already replaced my windshield with an aftermarket windshield and none of the advanced technology systems work. I was told that I needed the OEM replacement and it was approved by insurance. They did the first windshield replacement with an aftermarket windshield on 12/01/23 and were to due a second one with a OEM replacement on 12/14/23 that was approved by my insurance company. The Safelite warehouse cancelled the OEM replacement and sent another aftermarket windshield and I wasn't told until I showed up for my appointment on 12/14/23. I was transferred to Pooler, GA location due to being in this area until late January of 2024. I was told they could get the OEM by 12/26/23 by my insurance company after they were talking to Safelite to set up the appointment and OEM replacement and was told that is was approved. I also have the approval letter from Fort Myers, FL. I received an email from the Pooler, GA location today, telling me that my insurance company denied my request for the OEM replacement windshield for my DAMAGED windshield!!!! The windshield isn't damaged it doesn't work with the advanced safety technology system on the aftermarket windshield. This is really becoming a pain for a simple windshield replacement and none of the cars advanced safety technology works. How long will it take to get the OEM replacement?At this point I would never recommend Safelite for a windshield replacement, but I'll edit my review once this is resolved.Update 12/19/2023I received an email from Safelite parts representative regarding my windshield this morning and was told it wasn't covered by insurance for OEM replacement even though I have two approvals. LoLI talked to two Geico Representatives that said it was approved by GEICO. Safelite said it wasn't!!! The GEICO representative called Safelite and it took him 31 minutes to get Safelite to understand the windshield is covered for OEM replacement due to the aftermarket windshield not working with the advanced technology systems. The strange thing is that's what the technician told me in Fort Myers on December 1, 23. Now my issue is they have used 3 different parts numbers for the OEM replacementFW04369 GTYOEMFW04991 GTYOEMFW04990 GTYOEMAnyway I now have 2 appointments on 12/22/2023 and I'm afraid to call them to figure out the appointment situation. I'll just arrive at 10 am and hope for the best.I'll update after my appointment and fingers crossed.As of now I still wouldn't recommend Safelite if you own a Toyota or Lexus with the advanced technology systems it seems as if Safelite has issues with these vehicles. I should have done my research.

Wanted a full detailed estimate to submit to person responsible for paying broken window. Could not get one even calling local store, everything goes to a computer system without option to speak with a real person. Too frustrating, need better communication from Safelite. Went with another auto glass company.

Not the happy friendly place they portray on the commercials. Had an appointment and had some questions about how long it takes, and about new wiper blades. No one there will answer the phone, just play a bunch of recordings, don't put you through to a real person. I stopped in the Ft. Myers office, guy said "you can't just stop in here and get a windshield replaced" I said I have an appointment; no one will answer the phone to answer questions! So rude I didn't show up for my appointment, I'll be going somewhere else.

IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS, USE THEM. DO NOT USE SAFELITE. The only easy part of dealing with these people is scheduling the initial appointment online. It takes several phone calls to get transferred to a person because the automated system sends you in loops and hangs up on you. The initial appointment went ok, the windshield was replaced and is not leaking. The technician that came out the first time forgot to put the trim pieces on. Once I finally got ahold of someone the second tech they sent out who I was assured had a full install kit that includes all the necessary trim pieces only showed up with the glass. He left without telling us anything so I spent a third twenty minutes running loops with the phone system to get told it had to be special Ordered from Kia and they would call us once it was in. When the part finally came in the only warning I got was an email at 830 stating the tech would be there between 8a-12p. Which thankfully I was able to make it work and he put the new pieces on. He was done at 10:20. Car is taken out at 2 and the brand new piece flies right off. Currently on hold after spending yet another 20 minutes running the infernal hellscape that is the automated phone system to see if maybe the 4th time they fix it will be the last. Update 9/23/23: Safelite has once again FAILED to provide any kind of warning or phone call. Woke up to an email saying we will see you at 8 am at our shop for you appt that we never made or confirmed. On spite of being assured the last 3 TIMES this happened that we would receive a phone call to set up the appointment. This is the absolute worst place you can go for customer service. Everyone including the managers will lie to you.

Had my windshield replaced after a cinderblock fell off a semi ahead of me and crushed my windshield.Had my appointment at 8:30, was driving away at 9:40 with the new glass in.Very happy, this is my second time using Safelite and both times were great!

I have only one day off a week so I scheduled this two weeks in advance. Arrange pickup and drop off and when I arrive I’m told the glass that arrived LAST NIGHT was not good enough to install, that’s fine but no call, no text, nothing. I had to drive 45 mins to be told I need to reschedule 2 more weeks out. Ridiculous as now my windshield will be broken for another two weeks, I have to arrange another pick up and drop off. Wish I was told the morning of not when I arrive wasting my time, my ride time and everyone else involved

No stars. I just hung up from trying to reach a representative for the 3rd time this week. Already filed a warrantee claim online on Monday with no response yet. The first attempt to replace my front windshield ended up in a crack in the new windshield from top to bottom. I had to drive with this for a week or two before they were able to put in the second windscreen. The second one is leaking water on the inside of the windscreen. It appears that I will have to drive to their location in person to report the leak. The inside of my car is already smelling from this water leak.

Appalling! Had an appointment scheduled while traveling. Agent got to my place and didn't have the correct glass and then told me I would have to go to a shop for replacement. Totally incompetent! Then I just called again to try again and reschedule now that I am home and received very conflicting information than I previously received from other agents. I will never use this company and will not ever recommend anyone else does. Called Mikes Autoglass and received was better service.
