Drop-shipped a car lift to SAIA for collection. They held it for a week without fuss, then loaded it onto my trailer carefully. Staff was polite and efficient - In and out in a few minutes. No complaints.

SAIA tries for on time deliveries often! Their phone support is like trying to contact the USPS! Once I finally got through, the customer service rep was very helpful and polite.
