I have always been very happy with this dealership, but they really dropped the ball this last time. I have scheduled an appointment which was months out to get and when I arrived in my EV vehicle, they looked at me and asked if I was there for an oil change. None of the notes pertaining to my appointment were available and I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for them to do the job and they only ended up doing the tire rotation. I had to make a Future appointment to come back to address the recalls. I found this unacceptable I was very disappointed with the dealerships handling of this, and I was not any more happy with the way that they handled my second appointment with my , EV truck waited six hours for the appointment items to be completed and during that time they didn’t even open the truck door and I was forced to come back for that too and this was all within the same two weeks, so no I won’t be recommending this dealership any longer until they get their act together .

I bought my used Lincoln MKX last fall and have taken it to Sam Galloway Lincoln for regular maintenance service twice since then. Both times the staff was very kind, courteous and professional. I greatly appreciate the comfort of the waiting room, and the courtesy rental when I had to work. I highly recommend this dealership for your regular Lincoln maintenance.

Went for an oil change which was fine. They had me in and out in a reasonable time. I asked them to look into the warranty on a Ford Tonneau cover they installed on my truck a little over a year ago and they gathered some info from me and said they would contact the manufacturer and see what they could do since the top layer is peeling off already. That was on 10/16. I have emailed and been told they were waiting on somebody in Parts to make a phone call and nobody got back with me. I tried calling my service advisor who was helping and she was unavailable and did not return my call. Doesn’t seem like this something they care too much about assisting with once you leave especially since they won’t receive any money for it. Disappointed in this aspect of the service.

Walked into Sam Galloway looking for an F250. Mark Kaynes showed me a large selection of super duty trucks. He was very helpful with all the aspects of purchasing a new truck. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the super duty trucks and explained the pros and cons of gas vs deisel to me.Mark is exactly why I have returned to Sam Galloway for my 3rd vehicle, and why I will be back in the future.

I'm not a happy Ford owner today. I am having issues with a few recalls and now a charging system issue. They were able to get me in to get the software update and asked to take a look at the charging issue. Nope, I have to schedule an appointment for that. The earliest they would be able to get me in is in about 30 days. So now I am down a car that I bought brand new from this dealership (along with two other vehicles), and this is how dedicated owners get treated. I am really rethinking my brand loyalty since this is just unacceptable. I always try to look at the positive, but in this case, there isn't a single item in this whole series to be positive. Another thing I have noticed is that after an appointment, they want you to fill out a satisfaction survey. They don't seem to send them out anymore. it sounds like this is on purpose because they already know the results will not be favorable.

I Dropped my car off unexpected, waited a few days to hear the diagnosis, advisor kept in contact very well throughout the whole process and fixed the car 2 days earlier than expected! I’ll be coming back regularly!

Brought my car in for service through warranty, Had Jason M. as my advisor and he did an excellent job in keeping me updated throughout the process! Got my car 2 days earlier than expected! Just wished I didn't have to wait 30 mins to get my car back nonetheless, Good service and staff!

Absolutely incredible! I needed a new van for the company everywhere I went they attacked you like ants. Finally, I saw the van that would work sitting in the parking lot I pulled in. I was taken back to the commercial department where I met Bryan Rodriguez. He was extremely professional went over details, and it took at the most 45 minutes and I was out. Excellent customer service, very professional, no pressure whatsoever. They are there to get what you need not what they want you to drive away. We have finally found the supplies that we've been looking for that has the integrity.

Had never been here before since we just moved to the area. Never seen a dealership or service area quite so large and spread out as Galloway's. Service area was in an entirely different part of the gigantic compound and, in the pre-dawn hours of darkness, I finally had to find an employee sitting in an ATV to show me where it was.Even at 6:30 in the morning there was a huge number of cars in line for service in the multiple lanes of the service department. But the service writers were scurrying around like ants and I was written up and headed for the plush waiting room in under 5 minutes. It was chaotic...but well organized chaos and very efficiently handled.I was there for a simple first time oil change, tire rotation and to get several factory recalls done. Unfortunately, no parts were available for the recall repairs but with just the oil change and tire rotation I was out the door an headed home in under an hour. Fast, efficient and not unreasonably priced....and the coffee in their posh waiting area is pretty darned good. I had never seen a waiting area with a concierge before. They also have shuttle vans and home service options, which I didn't find out about until I arrived.I can't vouch for major repairs or warranty work....but my first impression with Galloway Ford was that they are fast, efficient, friendly and on the ball.

The experience I had with Galloway Lincoln was with out a doubt the smoothest and the most enjoyable experience I have had with purchasing a new vehicle. Tami Yost is not only a great Sales Women, but one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Tami went our of her way to be sure there was NO pressure on the sale, and was extremely informative as well as knowledgeable about all of the inventory they had. I was able to drive the SUV, and take a weekend to think about the purchase. When i finally made up my mind that I had to have the perfect model, Tami had it waiting for me. The entire staff was outstanding, and Tami led the way. The Galloway Dealerships not only lived up to their reputation, but surpassed it.Scot G

I just wanted to say that I never thought I would be driving a ford, but it just so happened, I fell into a deal,and I have it serviced with you guys and I just wanna tell you Haley is so awesome in the service department! she has helped me so much I trust her and will never go anywhere else! Haley is my to go to girl!!!!on one other occasion Dallas stepped in to help out and I was so embarrassed I was in tears and my car started acting up on 41 and Dallas was so compassionate, he stepped right in to help and I was ever so greatful for Dallas and Haley! These guys are awesome!Sam Galloway Ford is very blessed to have Haley and Dallas on there team!

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Sam Galloway Ford. The Salesman who helped us was Robert. I can't speak highly enough of Robert and the staff at Sam Galloway. Their patience with me was exceptional (trust me they needed much patience with me). They made the purchase process easy and we are very happy!

Well I'm giving review based off of customer service. I called for an appointment for service on my vehicle and as I was explaining my issue, the call hung up. I called right back to speak to the gentleman and then he was to busy to speak to me. The young lady took my message again and asked me all the same questions an assured me the manager would call back to schedule. After four days, I called back two days in a row. The phone rang and rang. Someone picked up three times without saying anything and I was placed back on hold. The second day I called back someone picked up and back on hold so I didn't bother. I'm forced to take my business somewhere else because you can't get service here.

I least a new 2022 Explorer 13 months ago and took delivery with out rear A/C controls. The Staff a Galloway told me that Ford would send me a notices when they would install the controls. They have never gave me a date As to installation . I bought the car from Galloway so now I'm looking for Galloway to make it right after all these months. If you can't get this done you need to give me aNew explorer that has all the controls installed and working. SincerelyJim Lynch.
