Compared to other Sam's club in Cape Coral this one is not up to standard. I moved here from Missouri and must say I am very disappointed in the clubs I've shopped at in this region

This is a GREAT Sam's Club, primarily because we can avoid the crowds (seems always are there) by ordering online and picking it up curbside. The crew that does the delivering curbside are ALWAYS in a good mood (even if they are not feeling great), helpful, courteous and wonderful. The people who pick out our products always shop the way we would, picky about produce, meats and mindful of the "best by" dates. We are extremely thankful for this Sam's Club, love most of the Member's Mark products and will continue with Sam's for the duration. Every once in awhile, we shop inside to see if there are any changes, but usually, we stick to what we know, all tried and true products. I do wish Sam's Club would bring back their Member's Mark BBQ Chips; they were the best anywhere and far better than Lay's or any of the commercial brands. But, I will not hold it against them.

I have been a Sam's Club member for over 20 years and recently, the delivery process has been a train wreck! I'm not sure what happened to Sam's Club customer service but its just terrible. The last two delivery orders I placed, were "cancelled" for no reason. You have to speak with customer service in China for help to get your money back because the stores do not handle this service. I'm going to take my business elsewhere!

First time to Sam's Club and Dr. Barfield today. The Optical dept. and Dr. Barfield are above the bar and are very professional, friendly, giving a thorough exam and a well organized team. Very convenient -- my appointment was on time, less than an hour and affordable -- which is All Great! Overall I had a good experience. Highly recommend.

Iris in optical is awful. I simply asked for my prescription, which I purchased here, and she refused to give it to me. It's company policy to allow customers a copy of their prescription and pupilary distance if glasses were purchased at the store, which they had been. Iris rudely interrupted me to tell me she won't be giving me either. The manager said Iris gets "final say" so I have wasted my time and money to access my OWN medical records. Extremely disgusted with how Iris treated me and how managers dealt with it. Canceled my membership, at least Costco has some decency.

It seems that no matter what I need from the store, they are out of it. So today, I called the store to ask them if they could please check to see if they have a product before I drove the 20 miles to the store. The gentleman who answered the phone couldn't walk over to see if they had it but instead could transfer me to the customer service desk. Once I was transferred to the desk, they hung up on me. Unbelievable! Thank God for Scan and Go because the customer service in the store needs serious improvement.

Sam's as a company is not to bad to work for , but the managers really suck !! I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends and family to work at Walmart

I’ve been a customer of sams optical strictly because of Dr. Barfield. She is the most thorough eye doctor I’ve ever gone too. She cares for each patient and their well being. She will work with you for any needs you have , if you need an optometrist she is the best around. She gets it right all the time and she will check and double check any and all exam questions you may have. Some people cannot be pleased but she does her best to try. She’s been our eye doctor for over 10 years , I would not recommend anyone else.

I always get more than I need when shopping here and the Bakery is great. We have been members since the club opened and will continue. We love the meat department too, great steaks. Thanks Sam'sClub for keeping us stocked up!

I got a membership online I go to get my card and the club says my membership was canceled tells me to call 1888 number. I call they say they can't give me my card and they can't refund me. What is going on here. This is theft I think the employee wanted my gift card I was suppose to get. Just give me a my membership card or money back

Highly recommended. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgable of products. Doc is very friendly, and was able to reccomend a better more comfortable contact lense to replace my older outdated style. It is a pleasure doing buisiness with this practice and I look forward to every visit. Thanks again A+++
