Please don't eat the food at this Sam's club. My husband and I got pizza and watched a roach climbing up the wall. I threw my pizza away and left.

I live in Hialeah Florida but I had a family in Cape Coral and I try to buy something in Sam’s club fort Myers cause we are on the way to my family house, but I had a bad experience whit a lady name is NICOLE IN SELF check out she is so mind and she try to put you in a credit card like INTIMIDATING YOY SO BE careful don’t need to do it, not a obligation ok?
She is so rude and sarcastic when I ask for help to do an alcohol verification so she said to me …..( I try to help buy you don’t want)…… no is not like that if I don’t want a credit card you lady not need to be rude whit me ok?
Other think the store was so clean and the other people in the new door whit AI AND SCANER WAS SO NICE I saw a Antony at the door singing and so happy I just want so said that but the new technology is amazing and faster

Extremely busy. Check out lines were very long and the exit system for checking receipts was backed up into the checkout registers. Very chaotic setup. Especially with the cafe right next to the exit.

Inside the store:Clean well stocked, quick check out, great prices and a nice variety of goods.
Cafe: had a huge piece of pizza that was quite good and a soda. Fed my husband and I for $5.
Gas: saved approximately $0.35 per gallon. The lines move quick. Saved us over $7 to fill up our tank. Well worth the drive between the gas and food.

We love the food, but it took 30 minutes to get our food after ordering. One would expect better service when the restaurant isn't crowded. The ceiling tiles are really dirty and it is cold enough for my wife to wear a heavy sweater.

The store prevents the membership from being easily terminated. It is almost criminal that a credit card used once is simply saved in the online account and then the annual fee is charged without authorization. Membership cards are also no longer available. Nothing works in the store without the app and without a cell phone. So keep your hands off this fraudulent company.

I used to love Sam's club back in St Pete, clean, helpful and polite but unfortunately the fort Myers store has rude employees that don't even speak English. As a Spanish speaker I shouldn't be forced to communicate in anything but the language of my preferences ENGLISH. Managers also seem to have an attitude when asking for help too. Only positive about Sam's is meat selection and produce is amazing. I do appreciate when someone is genuinely helpful.

Disgusting! Found a cockroach in our food and the team member refused to help nor issue a refund. We will be canceling our Sam’s membership and taking our business elsewhere. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
