Just leased my second new Lexus from Scanlon. Extremely professional staff. No pressure sales tactics. My sales consultant Drew Williams was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Him. Before you take delivery of your car, they teach you how to navigate all the technology in the car.

Saw an ad for 2022 Mercedes S class for sale. Went to dealership on Thursday, December 21 at 2:00 in the afternoon. I inquired if someone could show me the car. I asked the two gentleman that were standing at the front desk. They told me to wait and one gentleman walked over to a salesman desk and told him that I was waiting on him to show me the car. He looked up at me and continued to type on his computer. I waited for 25 minutes and he still was working on his computer. I hope he was working on his resume because if worked for me he would be looking for a new job. I left

Unreliable customer service. I had a key made for a vehicle I bought at auction and had called ahead and was told to bring the title to get the key made no biggie.Sat around for while waiting until Jermaine came and told me the tech who cuts keys is unavailable and that I would have to wait till the following business day.No biggie.He offered to have it delivered to my business due to the circumstance.Fast forward 3 business days later. The Driver who does NOT have a predetermined route according to Parts has CHOSEN not to accommodate our business hours. The driver was just hopping on i75; 15 mins after we opened. Which means he was in our area while we were open.Update to reply to Shaun V.There was no going above and beyond not even the bare minimum effort was made. Having your parts manager threaten to no longer do business with us should honestly be grounds for 1 star.

The sales person did not demonstrate anything on the car. Then, the finance employee tried to slip in a new contract with a higher interest rate 5 days after I purchased vehicle. Would not recommends this dealership.

We went to BJ's for gasoline. It turns out that a wholesaler inadvertently delivered contaminated gasoline to them. Long story short - drove the car twelve miles and it rebelled. Had AAA tow car to Scanlon Alexis.The dealership worked me into a busy schedule and provided a loaner car. They were able to reverse the effects of the contamination.I am handicapped and one of the staff (Paul) helped me out if the tow truck and climbed on the truck bed to get my walker out of the car. Above and beyond!

What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I purchased a 2020 Pre owned Lexus from another dealer. I came into Scanlon Lexus to check into a Lexus vehicle warranty. The front desk introduced me to SUSANN NOGALES A TRUE AUTOMOTIVE PROFESSIONAL AND MY AMAZING EXPERIENCE BEGAN. She presented a Lexus Warranty that was perfect for our driving needs then introduced me to the Sales Manager, Tech specialist, Service Specialist and the Parts Specialist. Germain, the Parts Specialist was very helpful and professional as well getting an extra key ordered for me. I have to say these professionals at Scanlon Lexus truly represent the Superior Lexus Brand of Quality and I will direct my friends and family to Susann for their automotive needs.

Buyer beware. Entered into a sales contract with this dealership, called to confirm contract amount during finance & was assured it was accurate and they don't play games. Upon pickup was informed sales tax was inadvertently left off resulting in $2k+ additional out of pocket on day of delivery. Had I not called to confirm accuracy would have a different perspective - instead was told it was accurate until the day of delivery where "we could have refused the deal". This may have actually been a mistake vs. intentionally misleading but the outcome is the same as the dealer has accepted zero responsibility for what has transpired.

We purchased a used Lexus in May 2019 with a two year certified pre-owned warranty, ending in 2021. At the time of purchase, the business manager suggested we buy an extended warranty plan to go in effect when the pre-owned warranty expired in 2021, as 'costs would likely go up if we waited'. This spring (April) we elected to purchase warranty extension. The credit amount we received was over $700 less than it should have been. After speaking to Lexus corporate customer service, it came to light that the original extended warranty which was to start in June 2021 actually was started at the time of purchase, overlapping the certified pre-owned warranty.....clearly not what we were told.After going back and forth with the business manager with documentation, she did not address the original mistake but focused on the most recent purchase. Most disappointing; the GM, Bill Smith refused to return my phone calls and emails. I'll take my Lexus business elsewhere!

I ordered a new car. Was told by salesman that it took regular gas. Either he did not know or he lied. The car required 91 octane or better. When I went in my trade in value was $30300.00. One month later when I was doing the deal the price of the trade in dropped to $24000.00 I blame my self. I should have walked away from the deal. I wasn't being respected as a buyer.

My hubby and I had been loyal clients of Hyundai for many years. We actually purchased 7 vehicles through them back in Ohio. We both loved my gorgeous Earthy Bronze Santa Fe from Ricart. Since we moved to SWFL back in 2020, my pet care business picked up here during our time here along with the price of gasoline. My hubby and I discussed the necessity of getting a very reliable hybrid for me. We had gone to the Hyundai dealership here in Ft Myers a few times looking for a hybrid SUV. Each time we were told that there were none on the lot and they couldn't get any of them in the future because it was impossible. Then the last guy we dealt with there at Hyundai informed me that the only hybrid that I could get was a Tucson and it would have to be awhile. That didn't sit well with us. We really needed a hybrid and we wanted an SUV. My hubby branched out and spoke to other dealerships looking for a hybrid. My hubby spoke on the line with Melissa Hartle at Lexus. She said that they had one hybrid SUV on the lot and that they were in the midst of a really good sale and it was priced in our price range. He set up an appointment with her for the following day. When we arrived we noticed that the Lexus dealership is not like any other dealership at all. When we entered the establishment, there was a showroom with many cars throughout. The sales people's desks were scattered through in between vehicles. The customer waiting area was beautifully carpeted with a variety of fresh snacks and beverages to choose from with comfortable sofas or chairs to choose from. Melissa was incredible! She was genuinely friendly and made us feel like family and not a customer. She showed us the SUV that she felt would be perfect for us. She was right! It was absolutely gorgeous and I immediately fell in love with it. They opened the glass doors and drove this gorgeous vehicle off of the showroom floor for me to take for a test drive. She was not pushy along with the other people involved with the financial part of acquiring this suv. It is smaller and looks more of a crossover but it was priced perfectly and is exactly what we need getting csi far 44:8 miles per gallon! Melissa, Riley in finance and everyone who made our acquaintance were so very kind. After we purchased our vehicle we found out about the many perks of being a Lexus owner. Wow! We are so very pleased with our entire experience and with this gorgeous UX250h F -Sport. We highly recommend Scanlon Lexus and Melissa to anyone who will listen.
