First time going to Second Chance, and planning on being back! There costumer service is top notch and on top of that it is a clean establishment with a variety of items with great prices!! I would highly recommend checking them out!

While I never shopped here. My husband and I got into a car accident in front of this store. It was pouring rain and the employees provided us with towels and a place to freshen up while we waited for the police. The contents of the store looked great but I think the people there make it. Support them ❤️

No false advertising here, it is called upscale for a reason. They have very pretty and expensive items, but obviously cheaper than in the stores. If you have the time and some extra money to spend, I’m sure you’ll find lovely things here too liven up your home. A bit full of right wing nuts but what else can you expect around these parts? Don’t let that deter you.

I was absolutely Blessed to have had the opportunity to walk into this store and feel the presence of God. The ladies working were so amazing, they let me be apart of their prayer and their Bible study. Everything God Created is good and this place is good. God Bless you Ladies. He loves you and so do I.

Beautiful items...It's one of my favorite consignment shops in ft Myers. They have everything you'll need. I've furnished our entire condo in "Fort Myers consignment ". BUT... twice I've found the supposedly "new" in box items are not as the box describes. So buyer beware... check inside the box before buying. Probably donators are misrepresenting... but check boxes to prevent disappointment. The hardest worker is the gentleman (name is escaping me). He is always so helpful.
