Iracema Perez, helped and guided us throughout the entire process of buying our house, more than a professional, she guided us as a friend, and we learned a lot from her. Do not go through this sellstate service is terrible especially do not deal with Lisa she did nothing but rip me off she did not negotiate any percentage of my closing cost and then toward the end took the commission off the buyers side n he sellers when we agreed to have it negotiate towards the end off closing she just pocketed every cent I will be reporting this place for doing these unethical things if I could give this place negative stars that’s what they would get horrible business do not go through this sellstate even the manager tried to add extra fees in my contract until I disputed them
