I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for years and this was the worst experience I have had. I had streaks all throughout my hair and my extensions have slipped pretty much off my head after only 3 weeks since the move up. My hair feels ruined. Although the stylists were super sweet it was far from what I wanted and would like a refund. When I went to get it “fixed” I had dark color put on my roots to fix the streaks and was told I had to deal with my roots until I could get it highlighted again. When the whole reason I went there in the first place was to get my blonde brought up to my roots. I feel as though I shouldn’t have had to pay for the service.

Shear attitude lived up to its name - pure attitude from the time I walked in. Scheduled a haircut with someone other than my normal person. Arrived at few minutes early and sat for 30 minutes. No one bothered to check on me, the receptionist (most attitude) was too busy with her phone to care. Finally asked how much longer I needed to wait and again got attitude . Come to find out someone booked the appointment in error. Funny no one wanted to take responsibility for the error or for wasting my time. No apologies just finger pointing. I walked out never to go back. Shame on you for being so unprofessional!

Best Salon EVER! I have been going to Jennifer for over 10 years now. We have gone from Brown to Red to Blonde and even to my natural SILVER, and every shade in between. Most recently my FIRE HAIR. She even does my weekly blowouts, thank goodness. She specializes in hair extensions too, which I haven't done YET but I am having a hard time talking myself out of... The atmosphere is very friendly and happy with a fun crew who love and support each other. Don't walk, RUN to this salon.

This salon is a personal, positive reinforcing haven for me right now! I'm going through chemo and Nahzima, my stylist, is so understanding and knowledgeable about my needs. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone needing this kind of attention.

This place is awesome! In town for a short time, was able to make an appointment next day. Place is beautiful, everyone very friendly. Janet was amazing and I loved my haircut! Very reasonable and the first time I was ever totally happy with the result! She had a mess to work with (I had not had a proper cut in 4 yrs!) Totally recommend!

Jennifer is my hair stylist. She is amazing and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable with hair and has helped me maintain healthy hair. I was blonde for 4 years and recently went back to dark brown. I only trust her to do my extreme changes. We have done everything from extensions to pink hair then back to blonde and many more colors in between. Love her passion for what she does and love her energy while I am there. My husband walked in without an appt, and the stylist was able to squeeze him inbetween appts. His hair was closing in on his shoulders and she buzzed it to a 3 on the sides with top heavy for less than $20. Unfortunately, I don't recall names, but genuinely everyone was friendly, so you can't go wrong conversing with any of the staff.
