Normally I am very pleased with this location. Today when I called, needing them to look up the type of paint that we used when we painted the outside of our house, when I asked one too many questions, I got the "I can't look for that right now, I have a line of customers". A simple, can I take your number and try to find it would have been nicer. I felt like I didn't count as a customer. If you look at my profile, we painted every inch of our house inside and out with Sherwin Williams when we purchased it in 2018. We lost our roof in Ian, and when they replaced, the tile grout got on the house and the roofer is the one asking for the paint. Normally I keep all cans of my colors, half full or empty, so I can identify later. This time, the guys that put in the pool needed some for touch up and threw the can away. So disappointed.

I highly recommend the store these gentlemen are definitely professionals at their trade. We were able to do all the digging to get the right color of paint and I really appreciate their time definitely highly recommend buying paint from these guys or anything paint related
