Just stopped in to pick up tough up paint for our new build. Martha was our salesperson she was amazing. Once we told her our development and builder she was able to get exactly what we needed. She was knowledgeable, sweet and quick. We would definitely go back for all our painting needs.

I didn’t plan to use this store but got messed up on which Sherwin Williams store my contractor wanted me to go. The staff here helped me figure out paint I needed by calling other store. They also took load to car. And they worked hard to get my supplies and paint together.

Dirty store, samples missing or not filed where they belong. No service from guy at the desk. Just sitting there waiting for orders from customers that know what they want. But the worse was the filthy store. In Ohio our store is immaculate with several customer relations people.

We were at this store to purchase a car on a Saturday evening. Kara from the Sanford location was at FM to help out. From the moment she saw us waiting to be taken care of she bolted right over, got us to the car we wanted to see and test drove it with us. She answered EVERY question and was vary knowledgeable. Seemed like she could have been running the place. She kept our progress moving quickly along and was genuinely excited for us to have the car we needed. What an intelligent, eager, competent and thorough employee she is. An absolute asset to whatever facility she is working at. It was a pleasure working with her- we are hard to impress but she absolutely wowed us!! If I had a business I would go to great lengths to get her on MY team!! Thanks, Kara, for making our experience so perfect!

I needed a paint match for some touch-up work in my home. The quart that I bought from Lowe’s was too light, and it left bright splotches on my walls. I took the same paint chip to this SW store, and Jose helped me. The paint he mixed for me is PERFECT. You can’t even tell that I am completely inept at hanging artwork—my many mistake holes are spackled and painted the same color as the wall, now. Hallelujah. I am so relieved that I won’t have to repaint my entire room. Lol. (For the record, I carved a ~1”x1” square of paint from an area of the wall behind a framed piece of artwork for the match. Jose recommended that, in the future, a 2“x2“ piece would be more helpful for checking the match, in-store, after the initial mix is done.

Manny helped me find a navy blue paint for an accent wall in my kitchen. There are quite a few Navy blue paints out there! He was kind and patient. This was really nice of him because they were getting ready to close for hurricane Ian! He never hurried me, even updated my information, never told me they were closing very soon - I was the last customer in the store around noon on Tuesday 9/27. I didn't feel rushed. I asked my questions and purchased some paint. We said our goodbyes then he asked an associate in the store to start closing. I was amazed. These days in other places I'd be pushed to the door, but Manny helped me, answered questions and I had no idea they were going to close. Kudos Manny for great customer service.Cathy
