Very helpful gentleman working the front. They were also accommodating to many questions and indecisiveness. Many laughs were had. Ended up purchasing an electronic paint machine, 10 gallons, and materials.

In my opinion they should do something different and renew since as a customer you expect more from the store we have discounts as contractors but there are better offers on the internet that not even the discount they offer you can compare I hope they can renew

I couldn't find an Extend + Climb telescopic ladder anywhere. The big box home improvement stores stopped carrying them, and they wanted $100+ too much just to order one. I happened to be at this Sherwin location buying paint, and met one of the managers Cory. I asked him if the carry ladders, or know someone who does. He grabbed an order book, found the model I was asking for, got it shipped to the store next-day, and matched my paint. Now that's customer service!

My home Store!Everyone that works there is Top Notch all knowing when comes to paint & coatings. As owner of Decorative Coatings LLC I shop almost every week. If it wasnt for Manger Paul, & Steve next in line & the crew I probably would of gave up long time ago. But when you have people like this behind you, you cant help but succeed no matter if your residential or contractor, this is where you need to shop or need help!!!

Great customer service. Didn't have enough of the paint I wanted so they checked the computer, found it at a nearby store, called ahead and it was waiting for me when I got there.

This location is run by a bunch of high school kids. Had to order the same 5 gallon bucket of paint three times because they "forgot" to fill the order the first 2 times. Took 3 weeks to get paint. Corporate needs to get control of this location. Its completely out of control and not worth calling for anything because even if they understand what you need, they won't get it ready for you. Never seen this kind of chaos at a Sherwin Williams store.

I was greeted promptly and the person that helped me seemed very knowledgable. The service was great and when the paint was ready, it was carried out to my car.
