These people who serve you make fun of people who don't know how to speak English, I went here because they didn't have the amount of gallons I wanted in the other store but I certainly hope not to come back here and have them laugh in my face at me.

Went back to get a gallon of wall touch up. First gallon a year ago was fine. This time color did not match. Went back and was told paint wasn't mixed enough. They put it in their mixer, Went straight home , 5 miles away. Still didn't match. Brought back again and was told they need to get in touch with the original painter. They said someone would get back to me. It's been 3 weeks now. $67 in the garbage. So now I have to paint my whole house. Ugh!
Stay away. Only good for contractors

Great customer service. Took time to explain different lines of paint, had me ready as soon as they could. Typically a busy store. Have most of the necessary items there and reasonably priced.

Needed a relatively small amount of paint (1 gal.) to touch up trim and WOW, I was treated like I was their best customer. The counter person researched the records for my property to insure I received the correct product for my job, mixed the paint, provided all the paint codes / descriptions for my house that were on file. Way beyond the service anyone could expect. Thank you Grace, you reflect well on Sherwin Williams

I've had great and fast service everytime I visit because I check google for store hours before driving 30 minutes to get there. It's great to buy the same exact paint that the building contractor used in our development. Touch ups blend perfectly and repaints don't require the pain staking cutting in process. Just roll n' go!

Drove 45 minutes to this store to get proper color match from THIS specific store because it was where our developer bought the initial house paints. It was a Saturday and shame on me for not checking to see that the store closed at 12pm...on a SATURDAY. However, we did not know this until we walked into the store that had about 4 other customers in it and were promptly told by an employee that they will be “closing in a minute, sorry.” Looked at my watch. It was 11:57am. We knew exactly what we needed. Instead we had to leave and heard the door promptly lock behind us. Awesome customer service Sherwin-Williams ???
