SmarTekz serves southwest Florida for over 15 years. Their services include computer and laptop repair and upgrades, networking and custom built PCs. They service both residential and business customers, PC, laptops and MAC products. When a computer is not working, neither are you, so customers call or stop in today. Clients describe the service as determined and excellent. The staff shows compassion and understanding, especially for visually impaired customers. They offer security suggestions, are above board and knowledgeable, and many recommend them. A new custom desktop was delivered without a hitch, with cloning done in short order and finished in less than twenty four hours. A gaming computer was back up and running within an hour. Staff are available, thorough, and solve issues before they arise.
The technician came to the house and did a great job fixing our initial problem. He then helped with a few other things on our computer to make it easier for us to work with. It was a super experience!
