When I first walked in I was so scared because I didn’t know if they would find anything to fit me or if I’d be unhappy. I was welcomed by Jenn, and she made sure to help put me on the cue for a fitting. I’m a teen and I was nervous. Jenn told me everything would be okay and I went with Gigi, who is the best! She personally related to me and I told her problems about how some bras didn’t fit and she made me feel like I wasn’t alone as she picked out various bras for me and told me that she completely understood everything I was saying. I felt like she connected with me on a personal level and made me feel so much more confident in myself. The checkout process was easy and Jenn was very quick and warm when checking me out. I love this store so much and Gigi and Jenn made the experience 10x better. 100% recommend!!

I had my first Soma visit last week and was pleasantly surprised with the maxi dresses and shirts. I tried a bra but did not like the fit. I returned today to return an item and the manager arranged a formal bra fitting with Kayla. She was responsive, candid and helpful. I walked out with four well fitting bras in two styles and three colors. My advice is that if you are in the market for a bra, let someone who knows their products and how to fit you, help.

Soma is THEE very best place to shop! They have the cutest and most comfortable styles in all sizes! Activewear, weekend wear, undergarments, sleepwear, compression pieces, all the things!The staff is genuinely nice and will grab a zillion different combinations until you find the perfect fit. Dont waste your money on those bulky Victoria’s Secret contraptions or cheap Target pieces. Just go to Soma!

My 1st time @ SOMA. Megan was my stylist. She was VERY attentive, professional, hardworking \u0026 kind. Her multi-tasking \u0026 juggling skills were VERY impressive. She was taking care of myself \u0026 at least 2 other female customers in the back dressing rooms with such grace \u0026 professionalism. She was running back \u0026 forth with her heels on, getting bras for each of us, styling \u0026 fitting us all at the same time. Wow! She communicated well with me (us) \u0026 helped me with such finesse! She made me feel comfortable. Excellent customer service! Leslie, the cashier, was also very friendly, helpful \u0026 professional. I am in the customer service industry, so GOOD customer service is a big deal to me. And....the bras were stylish \u0026 comfortable too. ??

I love Soma but this location was worse than being at a used sales car lot. I literally could not get them to leave me alone even after over explaining that I just needed my own head space to even think MULTIPLE TIMES. Things I didn't like getting picked for me, and put in a dressing room, even if i said that it didnt matter. A different lady asked me if i needed help, I said no thank you. She then told me, Soma bras go by cup and band size. I said, I know thank you. I'm wearing a Soma bra right now. She kept pushing while I wasn't even looking at her and very clearly just wanted to actually look. The only thing that made her stop harassing me was that I said I was already working with someone. There was even a young girl next to me in a fitting room that asked for her mom who didn't hear her. A lady pressured her 4 times to let her come into her dressing room to help her even after the younger girl saying no thank you I just want my mom 3 times. I didn't get everything I needed because of this, and ended up late for where I was supposed to be on my last day of vacation. I've never experienced that before in my life.

I was getting so tired of uncomfortable bras so I asked in a local moms group who had the most comfortable bras and Soma won!!From the second I walked into the store until I left I felt so comfortable and had one associate who went above and beyond for me!!She explained the different types of bras and seems as though she really cared about helping me!! And I never felt rushed and she answered all the questions I had!She measured me and made sure each bra I was trying on was the right fit for me!! I can not thank Leslie enough!!!Because of her I now own the most comfortable bras I have EVER worn in my whole 38 years of life!I am so thankful for your store and even moreso for your amazing employee Leslie!!!!

Entered the store, whole front area was empty. Could hear voices in the back, but no one came out even after the bell rang twice. When someone did come out around 10 minutes later, they breezed past us, making a beeline for another customer who had just walked in. So much for having my wife and I fitted today.
