Gates are permanently broken and you can't access your own vehicles to run a business when no one is in the office and none of the gates are in service and never get repaired after months

I’m a delivery driver and make many deliveries there to the ft myers colonial blvd location and always get professional and courtesy help from Tyler some pallets are heavy and he helps the drivers push them up the ramp in the front of building. I’ve been at another storage facility for years- so many issues including rats - cubesmart really has been so wonderful to work with. And they are so much cleaner and the staff so much better- they actually care about their customers!!
