The care my dog received was top notch. From the moment we walked in, so scared and so unsure of what to do, we were seen by vet techs, and an emergency doctor and consulted with a surgeon. We were given all the information with which to make an educated decision and we were confident that our baby was in good hands. They did all the labs and presurgical evaluations to ensure she was a good surgical candidate. She had a successful surgery with no complications. When I called during her post-op stay someone always got on the phone and updated me on her condition. When I brought her home and had a question on her at home care, they answered me immediately. Everyone had a happy demeanor, were personable and professional. I could not be happier to have found such a wonderful facility. I will gladly recommend to friends.

Extremely satisfied with the services Blue Pearl and the wonderful staff and doctors have rendered my beloved companion and I. The surgeons and oncologists are competent and capable of handling the most difficult of situations. Don't hesitate to consider Blue Pearl.

Dr Lembke was very empathetic and understanding in explaining options to me for my senior cat with cancer. He even called me from his personal phone after hours to explain lab results and the plan of care. I highly recommend him and Blue Pearl Pet Hospital for any of your emergency needs. The staff was great too!

So i took my dog to blue pearl after hours. It turns out he was bleeding internally and there is nothing they can do so he had to be put down. So for a few tests and euthanization it cost 1000.00. I got a paw print of my dog nothing else. Im sorry but that is just plain robbery. Do not bring your pet to this place if you believe they will have to put them down. Im sure blue pearl will make excuses as far as the cost. This is a business taking advantage of someone during a difficult time. Never going back again!Bamboo!
And the hits keep coming. Now they want 51.00 for an ink paw print for my dog. All i can say is wow!

On the evening that Hurricane Milton was coming our 6 month old lab puppy was showing signs of a bowel blockage. We called Blue Pearl and they saw her right away. After X-rays showed that she ate a sock and it was causing a blockage in her intestines they operated that evening , in the middle of a hurricane. Staff staying on site through the storm and taking care of her and other sick animals were wonderful! Updates were called to us and all is good! Thank you so much!

Wonderful. Blue Pearl performed the surgery on our labs cruciate ligament on both legs. The staff was phenomenal. They treated my Ziggy with genuine care. They were also extremely informative/supportive with the after care. I highly recommend Blue Pearl.

Customer service is cold and heartless. Wouldn't recomend this place if you have put your cat or any pet down.

My experience at BluePearl Hospital in Fort Myers was nothing short of traumatic, and I urge everyone to avoid this facility!
From the start, the receptionist, Morgan, ignored my distress and chose to engage in a personal conversation while my cat, Bella, was visibly suffering. Dr. Patti Sages showed no empathy, confused Bella’s gender, and left the room, never to return. The process was cold and disorganized—no medication was offered to ease Bella’s suffering before euthanasia. After the procedure, I was abandoned in the room with Bella for 45 minutes, covered in urine, despite assurances that someone would return quickly, adding even more emotional trauma.
While one nurse assistant, Lisa, showed genuine compassion, the rest of the staff's complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency turned an already heartbreaking situation into an absolute nightmare. If you care about your pet’s dignity and well-being, stay far away from this hospital!

Brought my 2 year old French Bulldog in on Sunday she was shaking, panting, distended belly, hadn’t gone to the bathroom. They took $756 worth of X-rays, told me she had something genetically wrong with her back and hurt it. Shot her up with pain meds, sent pain meds home. Monday she was still shaking, panting and belly was hard as a rock. Called back, told them my concerns, they told me they would look at her results again and call me back. Hour later told me she could go 56 hours without going to the bathroom. Told me to keep giving the pain meds and call them back if it went that long. I was livid. Thank god I got a recommendation to take her to North Shore Animal Hospital in N. Ft. Myers. Took her without an appointment they looked at her, got her records from BluePearl and checked her bottom, then decided she needed a steroid, shot her up and sent home a taper of steroids, she went home and went to the bathroom, stopped shaking and panting. Bill there $132.00!!!!!!!!! Will not be going back to BluePearl

Thank you to everyone at Blue Pearl! Having a pet emergency within hours of a major hurricane was something I was not prepared for but thankfully the facility was open and staying open! What a relief! Thank you for always taking such good care of my girl and for being so reliable for our community!

Hand down awesome. My frenchie recently has BOAS surgery and the attention she received, the pleasant and caring staff, the check in via phone and just everything from consult to after care was just awesome. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and seems to truly care about animals. When your pet is like your baby this is an important thing. Highly Recommend!
