The lady who is in charge of jewelry is very rude! Today I was in front of the jewelry counter waiting to see something in the case. As usual she was running her mouth with the cashier. No one else at the counter. The Jewelry King as she calls herself said to me “ “What do you want NOW”. She is always in her office talking to other women rather than putting Jewelry out. I kind you not it takes her the whole day to put out at most 10 items. In the recent past and the past years she plays favorites to other costumers and will had over jewelry from her office to them. I bought her twice doing this and she denied it. One of the customers after I asked if the jewelry in her hand came from the office. She said no it came from the case that she got from the case. I told her she was lying and I saw her get from the office. She then said oh well it is priced. This is all from a Catholic place. So much for honesty. This goes on all the time which I’ve been shopping the now for 8 years. I have had it. Will be contacting who ever is in charge and will let everyone I know about this.

The manager, a woman, was rude and gruff as she spoke to people when checking out. The sign by the register says “$10.00 charge when using credit card” and when people ask about it she acted like you were stupid and stated you had to purchase a minimum of $10 to use a credit card. She said I don’t understand why people don’t understand that. Won’t go back.

I was looking for kindness and I was turned away for not having a mask

This place is a borderline insane asylum. It is a den of bitterness and rudeness. I can't believe the people who work here are volunteers, they absolutely hate themselves and this place. I will pray for their emotional well being moving forward - but I will never step foot in this place again. I seriously hope they use some of the proceeds from the sales of their items on some form of therapy.

This thrift store has a lot of cool stuff. Everything from couches to flip flops and very fair pricing.

We arrived shortly before closing today, 09/15/21 to quickly peruse and make a quick purchase if we found something. I don’t dilly-dally, ever. “You got ten minutes folks” is how we were greeted. Within 30 seconds a second employee informed us we had 9 minutes. I had already found a bike I was going to buy for $125, but left after the second less than hospitable warning.

This place requires a mask, except for the employees, who see you without a mask, put theirs on and come over to yell at you in front of everyone to try and publicly shame you. That doesn't work for me and I called you out.I had some time to shop before you tried to embarrass me.Your prices are so much higher than comparable stores in the area.Too bad you will lose customers from this...

Manager is horribly rude EVERYTIME I’ve stepped foot in that door. She just yelled at her employee over helping someone. That’ll be the last time I return. Wish I could do no stars. Every other employee is incredibly nice.

This place is def for old people. No younger brands at all. Also i thought it’s comical that they REQUIRE a mask ExCEPT for the cashier cuz apparently rules don’t apply to her and she’s corona resistant. What a joke. Also it’s 2020 get a card machine this cash only thing gets old quick. We all get ur a charity run on donations So aren’t Teen challenges, goodwills, and salvation army’s.
