I do not recommend this Staples at all. While this store is clean and organized, the customer service is terrible. The employees are rude, don't like answering questions, and when they do, their answers are not very direct. One employee was 'too busy' stacking printer paper to help us with a question we had. Their 'misdirection' in giving us advice as well costed us when they charged us for a service we did not use. It took ten minutes for them to rectify the situation. All in all, I will not return here and take my business elsewhere.

i went to staples looking for some software ... unfortunately they had little to none of what i was looking for and it was nothing like i remember years ago, they selection of products was very little and the help even less, i walked around for around 10 minutes and found no one to help me other than the cashier whom was already busy with customers

Today, November 14 at 1:30 pm, they did not want to help me in the printing area, I asked for help several times and two older people, a man and a woman, only told me to print on the machines, even so, I told them that I needed help to adjust the size of an image to what they said that just as you sent it to print, so it would be printed. Terrible attention, I wasted more than 30 minutes there and left without my impressions.

This store completely messed up my Amazon return and lost my item after I dropped it off. After a month, I still don’t have a refund or record from Amazon that I returned the item because of their disorganization so I am having to go through many phone calls to rectify this. Thankfully, I have a receipt record that I did make the return, but I would highly recommend you DO NOT USE THIS STORE for Amazon returns.

I came to order some business cards and was served by an unpleasant person. She is a lady. If you ask him if he speaks Spanish he says yes but all the time he answers in English. I was asking him for help to explain the difference between the types of papers and the more you ask him, the angrier he gets. He is a person who does not have the patience to serve people. You shouldn't work here because it damages the store's reputation. I couldn't find out her name but this happened to me today, Thursday, September 26 at 7.10 pm. In forum.

Every time I forget why I don't come to this location, the kid with the mask is quick to remind me. He's rude AF EVERY SINGLE TIME, condescending and acts put out to have to do any portion of his job. God forbid you ask a question. I'll stick to going literally ANYWHERE else

This ship is sinking. There is no store manager. I encountered a cashier called Carmen, rude and miserable. If you can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. The copy and print staff remind me of the three stooges. Some young dude in a mask that works there thinks it is still Covid or he is hiding his horrible buck gap teeth.
There is an old dude with glasses very condescending. There is a manager on duty not very nice. Her name is January or is it April, hmm maybe May?

The worst. Staff refuses to print documents. You are told to self serve if it’s not preordered online.
Hey, if I wanted to “self serve” I would buy a printer not waste time to go to a store. Useless! Customer service is horrible.

I love going to the Staples. They have great customer service. Especially in the copy center January is always over there working so hard and she is very helpful. I drive out of my way just to come to this location because of employees like January. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Complete incompetence in the copy store. Workers are not familiar with the machines nor basic terms. Complete chaos… unless you can operate the smaller machines yourself, stay clear of this shameful, pathetic place!

I don’t normally care where I go for printing and lamination, Office Depot, random print shops etc, but I will definitely be coming back to this location specifically because Richard is such a gem and I had a wonderful experience because of him. Also, Carmen at checkout has amazing vibrant energy. Great team here!
