The older lady who works at print center on Feb 3rd she has RACISM~ that is disgusting! The customer ahead of me, she asked print a poster, the lady print it out immediately but the job not satisfied the customer so she left. Then it was my turn, I asked the young one, she is really friendly and want to help me, when she check the price with old one, the old one answered, she can’t print it out immediately, ask me pick it up tomorrow, I said can I pick it up tomorrow morning? She said no, afternoon!!! With strong attitude~ it is a horrible experience!!! Then I went to other staples where near to Costco, they took two minutes give me the things I want~ only take Two minutes!! If the old lady keep doing that she could not be the customer service position~

I’ve honestly got nothing but great things to say about my experience at this location today. Went in to grab a few things…Mayra was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable alongside the young gentleman at the counter (I didn’t catch his name). I go to this location a lot and every single time I have a positive experience. Thank you guys!

Worst service from Rich. Not only did he tell me he couldn’t finish product because they were short staff but the final product isn’t what the website proof showed his response “the computer doesn’t get it right sometimes”

I came in at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday with 2 sheets of paper to be laminated- a process that takes 5 minutes. I was told by the young male clerk that I would have to come back tomorrow. I said I could come back later that day and he said he still couldn’t do it. Just not interested in assisting me. Really??? No customer service- I will never go back to the Staples at the Forum.

Horrible experience with the person behind the print and copy counter when I need help. Acted like he wad too busy to help. Just Horrible service apparently he didn't have enough time to listen to my problem

They have a donation thing for schools, $5 each. I said I'll take 20. They charged tax. I don't want to pay tax on a donation. So I chose not to donate.

I love January and Rich are "Simply The Best" they make me sing. Real talk, I'm considering what I will buy them for Christmas!! Whoever speaks negative of them, maybe go in with som love and chill. They busy, but they are not rude they acknowledge people even when busy. And always share coupons and deals. So helpful are All the staff, but these two are my personal favs.

Ordered printing on line and paid for it with my credit card. Staples store in Ft. Myers at the Forum called and said they couldn’t process my order because their printer wasn’t working and the didn’t know when it would be fixed. I told them just to refund the payment. They wouldn’t do that and said if I wanted a refund I would have to come to the store. At $5 a gallon gas I had no interest in driving all the way to their store. Store manager was no help and was rude. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back. And retailers wonder why Amazon is so successful. So my advise, stay away from this store.

Wonderfully service by, Ethan and especially Myra (I knoe I'm getting her name wrong) they were both great and helped me fine the perfect chair, so good I came back the next week and bought another one with my Boyfriend.
