So slow and the employees are not friendly and talking a lot and laughing at customers when they ask how long. Everyone waited at least 20 minutes. The prices are really really high. $7 for an Americano. I’d say to skip it!

Ordered coffee and a slice of cinnamon cake. Waited over 5 minutes to be told they had no cinnamon cake. Had to get to my flight, so I left and Starbucks just kept my money.

The employees at this Starbucks are sadly so rude. They won’t answer your question, they will ignore you and mobile orders, they don’t have the milks promised on the app. A complete mess. Skip it.

They have birthday cake pops which my 3 yr old loves. Also had the cappuccino which was great. Flight was delayed for 8 hours and went back later to the evening and asked if they sold milk. Told them it was for a baby bottle and they happily gave me a large cup of milk. My baby will sleep well on the flight now. Thank you.

I bought my coffee and asked for a cup of warm water for my kid. The front staff told me they only have 1 temperature and it’s hot. And she poured me a cup. I had to ask for a cup of ice water and make my own warm water. So much for a barista who can’t even make a cup of warm water.

Ordered a hot specialty coffee and was told their steamer was down. Order a cold coffee and it wasn't mixed. Coffee sat on the top.. Horrible

The barista was just nasty. A woman was leaving for her flight and she wouldn’t tell the girl to make her sandwich. She didn’t give the girls who work with her their discount and then her boss was even worse. The only kind person there was the man that worked there. Couldn’t even give them a one star.

This was my sugar cookie iced latte lol when I asked if there was almond milk in it I got a hurried “yes.” Didn’t have time to ask for a fixed drink.

The gentleman working here is great, everything else is not up to Starbucks standards. Twice this week they were out of key ingredients. What, no lattes at Starbucks? And the attitude of one of the female employees is HORRIBLE! She literally could not move slower. I’m in RSW regularly and this behavior is consistent. Starbucks, you can do better. This coffee stop is hurting your reputation.

You’ve been warned. Watched no less than 30 people have to walk away from their orders because it was taking 30+ minutes and they had to board. Abandoned coffee all over the counter. I’ve never seen employees move so slow, the girl working the register only answered questions in one word phrases. Took 40 minutes for three sandwhich’s and finally gave up on my coffee and just asked for a drip, when that didn’t happen I walked away. The owner of this place should refund every customer that bought anything on Nov 26.

I had my first taste of their seasonal drinks… damn it’s good. The gingerbread oat milk chai is a must have. Great service at one the country’s best international airports!
