Went to the drive through this morning,when my coffee was given to me the top was not securely on. It's spilled in my car and on me and the barista at the window just chuckled and handed me napkins and went oops, sorry.When I contacted the restaurant back, I explained to the manager that I'm not local. I'm just traveling through and what happened. She stated I will make sure I train them a little better.Thank God it was a cold brew.and not hot.My recommendation is to most definitely teach the berystes to make sure the tops are on securely.I will not be going back to that starbucks when I come back through this area.What was left of the coffee was very good.But service was extremely poor. It would've been a little nice if the burrito would've offered a new coffee.

No matter how many times I go here, they always mess up either my coffee or someone else’s in my group.Couple things to note:Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro should NOT be getting extra pumps of vanilla syrup. It is only supposed to be the vanilla in the sweet cream.Vanilla Frappuccino should NOT be getting vanilla syrup either. It is only supposed to be scoops of vanilla bean powder.I know each barista thinks their way is the best way, but the whole point of a chain like Starbucks is that no matter where you go, the drink is always consistently the same. I have in fact taken to driving out of my way to Lehigh or Six Mile Cypress depending on which way I’m going to get the drinks made the right way without having to remind the barista of the recipe every time.

Slowest drive thru Starbucks. Got in line today at 1132am. Got to the window to pay at 1151am received my 2 drinks at right after payment. Had to ask for my receipt after also. service is so slow that it's ridiculous to stop for a quick coffee without having an extra 30 minutes to do so. The time wait is to the point where starbucks should give you a discount for waiting. this location is so understaffed it should just close.

This Starbucks is the best location, the staff is friendly and most importantly the drinks are always consistent. I work next door and visit almost daily, thank you for the whole staff for always bringing a smile to my face ❤️

I haven’t encountered such a slow drive thru at any other Starbucks until this location. This is the first location they ask you to “pull up so they can bring your stuff out so the timer doesn’t go off.” That should be a red flag the strategy they are using isn’t working efficiently. They take one cars order, get them to the drive thru to pick up their order, then finally take the next persons order. Drinks are more bland also. I wish this wasn’t the most convenient Starbucks for us as I almost dread going here. For some reason, the phone number will route to the Target one across the street.

Service is way too slow, is crowded with employees and everyone seems so chill like the not a sense of urgency , you can’t come here if you are in a hurry or traveling.
