We moved from another IT company to Stickboy right before a big office move. We have about 300 employees and not having solid IT management can be very disruptive to our team and bottom line. We were initially nervous about the move because we had the other IT company for years and are thankful that we decided to switch to Stickboy at the right time. We had a lot to worry about, and they made this move as smooth as possible. Their team worked with our Internet, cabling, and other vendors to have us up and running in no time. Before the move, our normal day-to-day IT helpdesk had a lot of unsolved tickets. Now, even our busiest user says, "I love these guys at Stickboy". We have received responses to our tickets back quickly -- and surprisingly -- at all hours of the day, even at 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.! They have assembled an amazingly talented group that really cares about their business and their clients. Stickboy has created custom software for us as well and automated our processes so that we are headed to the next level. I tried contacting them multiple times, they never answered.I decided to give it one more shot and finally got someone on the phone after not being able to reach anyone for 3 days.The service was terrible - literally had no time or energy to come out and correct the issue... I am now hiring someone new who will actually show up when he is supposed to.

Stickboy has been one of the most helpful IT groups I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been lucky enough to work with 2 of the best employees I feel this company has. Daniel and Alex have helped me out EVERY time, more so Daniel but Alex has also been there to help if I have had any issues whatsoever. They have taken their time, never in a rush and will explain anything that you ask of them. I send a request and within minutes I receive a call. What I really love about Stickboy is that this is the FIRST IT group that when I have a computer issue I know it will get fixed and I will have a laugh while it is happening. These guys are so respectful, professional and just down right terrific young men. They get calls or emails all day from my company and the others they work for and they are always right there to help and put a smile on my face. Daniel and Alex are 2 of the best, and I feel they make Stickboy a better company!Thank you to Daniel and Alex, you both are so intelligent, respectful, hardworking, you really make computer issues fun!!
