“Just wanted to give a shout out to this store. My wife and I popped in at 3:30 today. I immediately mentioned to my girl how nicely the cart rolls as opposed to other businesses. We made our way around the store with ease because everything was presented very well. When it came time to check out the line wasn't bad at all plenty were open. We had a fairly large amount in our cart as the cashier was ringing us up. The assistant customer service manager jumped in to bag! I excused myself to go to go check my lottery numbers. As I'm scanning them I see a Young man working behind the counter raise his voice slightly to a very senior citizen walking away saying sir you won $20 on this ticket. The Ole timer smiled and sheepishly said thank you I didn't realize. Publix nailed it from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. Professional with kindness on top as a shopping experience. Kudos to management!”
“Very clean place. More up to date than most. The hot food was good but the young lady behind the counter is awesome. I didn't catch her name but she seams very sharp, helpful with selections. She was also very funny. And she did not seem to care what the person on the customer side of the counter looked like, how they dressed or their age. It's been a minute since I've seen her but for the sake of her knowing I am talking about her.
She help me and a buddy(chuck) we were installing a transmission and both VERY dirty and hungry. Instead of brushing us off or even look ING down she was very helpful and very patient with chuck who is 86yrs old
No the circumstance , how you treat people says EVERYTHING about you. This told me shes an amazing person. And I hope she stays on the path and she will go far! Thank you!”

“So I’ve been here two nights in a row, taking advantage of the Italian sub that’s on sale. Last night Saturday night the two workers were so incredibly slow and tonight, Sunday Marc Is phenomenal. It’s not the first time I’ve seen him. He is about three times more efficient than your average worker here he deserves a raise and he deserves to be recognized. I hope Management sees this.”

We visited another Publix up the road where the lady at the sub station was extremely unexpectedly rude to us when we asked to order subs so we came here to this location where we had a complete turn around on the customer service where we happily were served with a smile.”

“This Publix is truly outstanding! We have two homes, and every time we visit our beach home, it’s an absolute pleasure to shop at this location. The front desk ladies always welcome us with a warm smile as we walk through the door. Their helpfulness is unmatched—if we need assistance finding something, they go above and beyond, even walking us to the exact spot.
Parking here is convenient, making it easy to get in and out. The prepared food is consistently fresh and delicious, and every hoagie is made to perfection. The staff works incredibly hard and always greet customers with a smile, even helping carry out groceries with genuine kindness. I can't say enough great things about the employees and their positive attitudes!”

“Helpful employees. They even have hearing aid store and pharmacy inside. Join to get a membership and you get regular or premium gas at a price better than any gas station around. You can only get the gas as a member. You can't share membership card. They just added an outside location to make spare car keys. Yes they sell in bulk but price competitive especially vs Publix. The only downside are there are no signs to indicate what is down the isles. This is a Costco strategy to get you to spend more time shopping. There is a modest food court that is usually busy. It helps to provide a spot to sit, rest and curb your hunger from all the walking you do there. We got a whole home generator at a better price plus a Costco card to use , based upon the refund you get , based upon the price of the generator. My neighbors used them to book a flight and hotel to Hawaii that they said was great. They also have car bays to change car and pick up tires. I think that is the only car service they provide. They sell a lot of TV's.”

“This is my local Publix, that I shop at often. IMO Publix is a little expensive, so I try to get their Buy 1 get 1 deals as much as I can. They have better quality food than, for example Walmart, and it is MUCH cleaner, which is a plus! One thing I would change though, is the deli! It is not bad or anything, but their subs used to be WAYYYY BETTER! IDK if I am getting new people when I go in or what, but some of the workers definitely need to be trained better, as they don't seem to know what they're doing. The last few subs I have ordered, hardly had anything on them, and they did not toast them or anything! Kinda a bummer! Growing up we all used to get excited to get our Pub Subs, and they were always HUGE and packed so full you could barely close them, but now it is comparable to Subway? I hope they fix that sooner, rather than later!”

“This place could save you some money on some items. Carmel macchiato half gallons is 3$ it's $5 at Walmart. Excellent wines is $10 I like the Pinot Noir and the Sauvignon Blanc. Lamb tenderloin is 10$ each. Fresh salmon is $10 a filet. Whole slabs of St Louis ribs for $15.”

“The store at 15880 Summerlin Road is awesome. The store is bright and clean, and everyone there is helpful. Many of the employees have been there a long time. One older gentleman, I believe his name is Ernest, is very gracious and kind. Angie goes out of her way to help you find things. They have hired some new employees who must have been hand picked because they are exceptional- Kristen, Finn, Gabe, Autumn, Selena, Michaela, Josh, Michael. I shop there 2-3 times a week, other grocery stores are closer but it's the people there that keep me coming back.”

“I recently changed to Publix Pharmacy from Walmart. The prices are comparable and service is great, EXCEPT for one employee at the Pharmacy. I avoid any contact with her. She's a young lady that is rude and feels she is doing the customer a favor. She is not the typical employee that Publix wants in Customer Service. I'll try to notice her name tag the next time.”
“Best place for Latin and Caribbean ingredients. It has affordable pricing. It often smells weird and sometimes the correction can be worse. Many of the staff avoid eye contact, but when you call for their attention they become engaged. None of this really bothers me, but it may be a factor for some people. I mostly enjoy my shopping experiences at Bravo. I've only had one bad experience (years ago) at a different location. One bad apple in 30 years is pretty good stats. Hoping you too enjoy your experience.”

You would never know it, She remembers My name, says Hello and ALWAYS gives Me the correct change and gets My order right! Store is always clean ,always a good experience!”
