This is our go-to local store. Lately, though, the customer service is bottoming out. I was once a TM and a TL. I know how stressful this place is, especially before Xmas and the seasonal influx of rude customers/guests. But I was not one of them. I asked the lady at the service counter for a refund because clearly marked sale items were not ringing up correctly. No biggie. No need to be rude. But she was entirely condescending. I called her out on the behavior and she continued her poor display of professionalism. It would have been different if I was rude or pushy. But I wasn't. Unacceptable .

This is the BEST Target in the Fort Myers area (and I've been to all of them haha). It's huge, has a wide selection of items, and has a lot of clearance items. The best part is that it's not overwhelming either. It's rarely very busy, and the staff have been nice each time I've been. If you want to take a leisurely stroll in a nice, clean Target, sip your Starbucks drink, and grab some clearance items, this is your Target. Check it out!

This Target was pretty much everything you'd expect. It's clean, organized, and has a huge selection of food, clothes, toiletries, etc. Despite its large size, this store is pretty easy to navigate. The aisles themselves are wide enough to accommodate multiple shoppers with carts. If you have a wheelchair or stroller, you probably won't have much trouble making your way around the store. Lastly, there are plenty of checkout lanes. I went at a time when it wasn't particularly busy, but I'm sure if there were large crowds your wait time wouldn't be too bad.

Decent, clean, well-stocked, and well-organized Target store but rude staff. I went to this Target store in Ft. Myers and when I went to checkout at the register and I asked the lady to please leave my drink out of the bag and she ignored me. Then I asked the lady if I could please get an extra plastic bag, she said: "No, we're not allowed to do that" to which I responded, "Then can you bag up my stuff in separate bags" and she did, but wow.

This is the best target in the Fort Myers area! Everybody there is so friendly. So accommodating. So helpful. I think it's become my new favorite place to go shopping! Drive-up is a snap. Pick-up associates are happy and smiling. Everyone is so kind and smiley! I think it's because they may be proud of where they work!Kudos to the target team on San Carlos Blvd!

This Target location is usually well stocked. The greeter is always cheerful and welcoming. The carts always seem to be in great condition. This is the one thing that Target really seems to outshine any and every other place to shop. i don't think that most stores realize just how much a bad cart makes an enjoyable shopping go wrong. You know what I"m talking about... The squeaky wheel, the clicks every rotation wheel, the free-spinning wheel. You know you've gotten those carts at the other big box store. Anyway.... Produce is usually in excellent shape here, and the deli area is always stocked with fresh grab-n-go salads and sammies. I highly recommend grabbing a container of their Raw Sugar brand watermelon hand sanitizer if you're still doing that. It smells amazing and the container fits perfect in the car cup holder. Trust me on checking that out. :-)Overall, the store is kept neat and clean. I purchased a small entry rug on this trip. I was not offered the rug warranty. Maybe they stopped offering it? I was set to buy it though because the last one I bought only lasted a few months before parts of it started to unravel. For a $20 rug, it was the bomb! No big loss, but I kicked myself for not getting the warranty that first time, and here I was ready to get it and no dice. I stopped in the Starbucks and grabbed a delicious holiday beverage on my way out. No line and I had my drink in less than 5 min. Awesome!!! :-) Also, I did run into the bathroom for a moment and have to point out that it was very clean as well. I appreciate that they have a lower urinal (child's) for short folks like myself. I don't get it nowadays. Most urinals are set so high in the men's room. So much so that if you're not at least 61, you're most likely standing there with your legs crossed waiting for jr to finish going. I don't recall these issues in the not so distant past. Just a heads up I suppose. :-PThat's about all I encountered on this trip. I hope you enjoyed coming along for the virtual journey. Thanks for checkin' it out!

As opposed to the other Target, this one is a Super Target. That means that in addition to the usual soft lines, electronics, toys, books and such, there is also a full grocery store complete with meats, dairy, frozen, beer/wine and dry goods. And those dry good were exactly what we came here for today - my mom loves these red peppers and they're only stocked at Super Target. As is usual for Target, the store is excellent. Clean, bright, well stocked. Lots of carts, many friendly and helpful associates and short lines at the register.I had a pleasant experience and will return.[Review 14833 overall, 335 of 2021, number 1318 in Florida.]

So I received a Target Gift Card for $20 from someone at Christmas .. still in the packaging it came in.. when I tried to use it it was invalid and a phone number popped up out of the register.. so I came home and called this number.. they asked for the card number.. then they told me it had already been redeemed on Target.com back in January.. I have NEVER shopped on Target.com.. so I asked if there was a scam going on.. people can take the numbers off of the back of the cards and just try and use them at any given time once someone else has loaded the $$$ onto them!!! She then tried to tell me that I must have used it and forgot about it!!! WTF.. I'm never shopping at Target again

This Super Target is great because it's never really too busy. I shop here all the time and they usually have all my groceries in stock and it can be a bit easier than Publix, just because of the shear size of the aisles. The only downside I have to mention is that there are hardly any check-out lanes open all day. I prefer to go through a normal check-out lane rather than self-checkout and there's usually only two open at the far end of the store. There's literally 30 lanes open, so I wish they would open more, though it's not unbearable.

I'm a HUGE fan of Super Targets all over the US. This was a beautiful store in Fort Myers. The employees on the floor were helpful and knew where everything was! I especially love when they also have a Starbucks! Today around 9 AM I was in this particular store in Fort Myers. I was at the check out and the lady who was working the register was an outright witch!! She had gray hair, glasses I think, and an accent. She said "well, I guess NO ONE is going to use the self checkout line". The man ahead of me said "No, I'm not. I don't like them". She was all huffy and aggressive. She was grabbing his stuff and then mine and slamming it down. I wanted to tell her the only reason she HAS a job is because not everyone likes using the self check out line. Then the couple behind me grabbed their sunscreen because they thought it was going on my order and they were trying to save HER the aggravation of having to void it and she scoffed, "I KNOW it's YOURS" to the couple. I wish I'd gotten her name. I did point her out to one of the other employees on the floor. I'm always caught off guard when someone who makes their living IN customer service, treats customers like dirt. I want to end by saying that 99% of the time Super Target Stores are phenomenal!! I'm always happy when I'm in one!

Not a lot of fresh fruits and veggies choices lately. Maybe closing grocery store department or just not getting good produce, not sure. Have to go to other stores to complete shopping now.
