Saturday afternoon with no cashiers and multiple employees hanging out doing squat while customers are lined up for self check out. Walmart has better customer service.

This Target has a lot of items, and offers a CVS and grocery inside. If this was the only Target store I had ever visited I might have given it more stars, but we have an excellent 5-star Target store in Kokomo, Indiana and I have to compare to this Target in Ft Myers with the high standard I am used to. This Target in Ft Myers was a mess. I have never seen so many empty shelves and disheveled conditions at a Target before. They obviously have management and staff issues. I hope they don’t have much nearby competition or else their future doesn’t look good.

I’ve called and called no one can pick up my didn’t receive a item I ordered and trying get this corrected is a joke like for real no matter what department you call no one picks up

Love ordering online for the convenience of picking up my order without getting out of my car. If I enter the store to pick up my stuff, I’ll be in there for hours. Signed, A Target Addict

Went in today 9/28, while walking through decided to find a food item for dinner. Could not find it however a very extremely helpful stalker ( Juno ), took the time and helped me locate it. They only had the family size on the shelf where I wanted the single size, he scanned it and told me that it was in back because the truck just arrived today. He then came back with my item. He was very extremely polite and very helpful. I did find a manager on the way out and told him how wonderful Juno was to assist. But I want this man recognized.
The store itself was very clean and associates were very friendly. I actually left feeling happy and I know I will return more often

Now I love shopping at Target and I do love this particular location for how big it is but I live too far to make me want to come to this store. However, had the customer service experience not made me feel like an inconvenience to her day, I may have made this my go to Target. I’ll stick with Cape Coral North where customer service is a pleasant experience.

We were trying to shop for clothes when someone approached us asking about our phone plans. He had no name tag or anything, refused to take, "no thanks we are not interested," (3x) got extremely close to us, and kept trying to ask us questions about our phone plans. We ended up leaving and going to a different store without buying because we wanted to get the heck away from there. Target isn't supposed to be the mall, I'm not expecting people to walk up and try to sell me things. Bad experience.

Self service is awful. Give people their jobs back
