Jessica (the store director) treats her employees with a lack of equality and respect. Target PREACHES equality, if that's the case... don't have Jessica working for you!!! My boyfriend and I have worked for Target before, and we've NEVER encountered such a passive-aggressive store director. She will be respectful to customers, but the second you're alone with her... there is a huge switch in her personality. She threatened his employment status when he had no choice but to call off. Let me explain: the amount of dirt and dust (ESPECIALLY in the backrooms) that flies around that store, got into his eye and he developed an eye infection. His kind assistant ETL allowed him to go home early that day. He went home and washed his eye out but it only got worse with time. He had to go to a doctor the following day because his vision was blurry; making him incapable of driving to work. She gave him trouble over this occurrence. She told him and I quote, "You do that one more time and don't bother coming back". Then proceeded to walk away like the neglectful employer she is; not giving him any time or space to explain himself. You know what that tells me? She cares more about herself than the health and safety of her employees. Rightfully so, my boyfriend left the toxic workplace. Intimidating your employees in that way gets you nowhere. I had a conversation with Jessica over the phone about how she approached her concerns and she not only kept talking over me but was also talking to me as if I was a baby. Spitting into the phone and talking with a passive-aggressive tone meanwhile, I was calm and respectful to her. Extremely unprofessional. She told me over the phone, "I didn't threaten him". "Workplace violence is any act or threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other threatening disruptive behavior that occurs at the work site" - OSHA.gov, that includes physical and VERBAL (intimidation) which is what she did. "During your initial 90 days at Target, being mindful of your attendance is crucial, as absences during this period may be subject to termination" - AirMason. My boyfriend was aware of this before calling off, but how is one supposed to be an efficient worker when one has blurred vision? Not only that but how is one meant to safely drive to work with poor vision? Her ego is WAY too high for someone who works at Target at her grown age. HUMBLE YOURSELF JESSICA!

Line to self-checkout started in produce department. 4 self checkout stations and 2 regular cash register's open. There is nobody on sales floor to ask a question. I was looking for air fresheners and was unable to find the department, there were no employees at 7pm?! Poorly managed store or just greedy owners. Took my business elsewhere

My husband and I went in attempt to save money on groceries. We normally shop at Publix because of the convenience but it is outrageously expensive and I miss Safeway every time I shop (still have my Safeway card in my wallet for nostalgia). So Target is less expensive on some items the same on others ( why do my cats only eat Fancy Feast at 21.99 a box?) . Not a ton of selection but the salads are not freezer burned like Publix and the produce is better. Self checkout and they have people watching you .....Sign of the times.... When I win the lottery, I'll be shopping at Seed to Table and none of this will matter. Till that fantasy happens, Target is a good option.

Last week, I went to Target to pick up a few things. One of the items on my list was caramel sauce for dripping apples. I couldn't find it so I ask an employee named Matt. He took me to the produce section where he thought it would be located but unfortunately, it was out of stock. Therefore, Matt looked up to see if there was caramel sauce at another location in the store. He told me that there was caramel topping sauce for ice cream and showed it to me on the Target app. He gave me the aisle number and the exact location of where I could find it -so I made my way there. I found it and continued shopping. About 10 to 15 minutes later, Matt found me on the opposite side of the store shopping. I could tell that he had been looking for me. He smiled when he saw me and handed me the caramel dipping sauce for apples. He said that he found the last one. I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not an expert on caramel sauce and would have been perfectly content with the ice cream topping sauce. What struck me about this entire situation is that Matt looked for the product (which was most likely in the back) and after he found it search for me throughout the store until he found me. What Matt did was above and beyond normal customer service. I was amazed by Matt's kindness, thoughtfulness, and persistence. Matt should be recognized for his acumen and exceptional customer service! PS. I do not know Matt's last name but Matt is Asian, and I was told by the store manager that he works in Produce.

The cart guy, Jacob, was super helpful and sweet. Helped me find what I was looking for even though he was already busy with pushing in carts. He also mentioned that the item I was looking for was on sale and to make sure to scan my item with the Target Circle App. Saved me money and time, and for that I am grateful! Great experience thanks to Jacob!

I love target and my husband has to normally drag me out of it. Today's experience was less than great. The salesperson in the coffee pot department was just plain rude. Since I don't need to pay to be spoken down to and spoken over I decided to shop elsewhere today. Poor employee hire for someone working the customer service floor. I wish I had thought to get her name before I left.

I frequent this store weekly and adore one of the cashiers Anita, the sweetest woman! However if I come on a day and she is not working or if she's on break. I somehow always get stuck with the older women who is far from pleasant. She gets an attitude and is immediately annoyed if you bring your own bags, excuse me for trying to save our planet. If anything I'm inconveniencing myself, not you! My year 2 old asked for a sticker 3 times and this woman completely ignored her. Once getting to the car I got to explain to my daughter that even when we're on our best behavior some people just aren't nice and you did nothing wrong. Grocery shopping with 2 toddlers is always a challenge (no I don't have anyone to watch them) they love coming to the store anyways! The least of our worries should be the check out...sadly every time with this elderly cashier is a disappointment. Do better target!

This store does not stop people from not wearing a mask. They state they do, but there are people all throughout the store not wearing masks. One lady told me it is not necessary, that this is only a flu. And that it is a hoax. Look at the date of this posts. The numbers are through the roof and this store is not advocating for the safety of their customers. And they lost a HUGE customer today. To give you an idea , my savings for the year on my red card is over $5000.00. That is not the amt that I have spent. That is the Amt I have saved with my red card and circle app. Do the math. Step it up Target. Grow some balls and don't let people shop without masks. You are putting customers at risk. Enforce your mandate.

This is your typical target supermarket store. They have a wide selection of just about everything same as Walmarts. They are just a little bit higher in the type of clientele and their stores kept a little bit more clean than Walmart.

This is a nice Target with a huge selection. I found myself in a hurry and running all over the store but was able to find everything I needed quite easily. The products that were on sale were in stock (usually not the case on a Saturday since it's the last day of the sale). There were a lot of sample tables set up in the main aisle without anyone manning them. No big deal but it just made me wonder how long the food had been sitting out. They were popping caramel corn in the cafe so the store smelled amazing. Nice touch!

Well normally not a bad store. While next to the dressing room an associate seemed upset about having to close by herself. She continued to swear and curse while children were present. She probably didn't even know it but she was on the clock and that is unacceptable in any case. Not normal employee behavior for the store, but this one made me pretty upset. Besides the fact, quit crying and put in the work!

The store was spotless and tidy. The cart wipes were well stocked and the changing table was equipped with liners. As a mom of a 7 month old, these little details were very important to me, they essentially made the trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. I cannot rave enough about how personal and knowledgable the staff was. Every employee that I encountered greeted me and made sure that I was finding everything I needed. I live in Cape Coral but will surely continue to make the drive to this store.

Very clean, shiny and bright store, but every time I walk through the clothes and jewelery departments, it's highly noticeable how much inventory they DON'T have in those areas - Lots of empty floor spaces, racks in the jewelry section that only have a few rows of jewelery, and LOTS of space on the bottom of the rack with no jewelery hanging from the display. I get a feeling that Target may be struggling when I see signs like these. This store is located in Gulf Coast Town Center. Lots of shopping and dining choices. Close to I75, and just a few minutes up the road from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Staff is always kind and remembers me by name. Good selection of small lot coffee, which is cool. I don't know if there are many roasteries around here, so it's where I come for variety
