In full disclosure the author (me) of this review is type A+. I find it difficult to find professionals in any industry that are as particular as I am. With that said I've had Andy ceramic coat multiple vehicles of mine over the past couple of years. A simple inspection of his facility will provide you with a good idea of how organized Andy is and after speaking with him for a few minutes you'll easily realize that he understands the good, the bad and the ugly of each and every product that's found within his shop. Additionally, Andy will communicate openly and honestly about your specific job. Andy is definitely a "freak" when it comes to details. While the previously mentioned traits are all important the most important trait is the finished products. As I stated I am type A+ and I've been more than pleased with each and every vehicle of mine that Andy has performed a service on. Just recently I had Andy apply PPF and a wrap on my Bronco and again I was more than pleased. I recommend Andy and The Detail Freaks without reservation!

I brought my Grand Wagoneer to have detailed, ceramic coated, and the front end PPF’d. I spent over $7,300 to have it all done. I brought it back to have it all checked a couple weeks after it was done because they clean it up again for you and check their work. Normally this would be appreciated but when I tried to contact Andy, the owner, about a couple new spots where the PPF was scratched and also a new large bubble on the bottom of the front bumper that weren’t there before the check-up, I was completely ignored. I’m almost positive the front bumper was hit/scratched and the PPF was re-applied over the new damage. I tried texting and calling several times with no response. Don’t go here if you want an honest business to own up to their mistakes.

I would like to share my thank you to Andy and Angela. These are pictures after the PPF and Ceramic coating. Look at the reflections in the mirror finish. You can see the pavers and the clouds. I parked next to another Vette with the same color code and they look like two different cars. Detail Freaks does excellent work. We highly recommend them. Their shop is very clean and professional. Andy did my ceramic coating 2 years ago when I first purchased my truck and did an amazing job. Since then, I've been back to him twice for damage to the paint (Hurricane Ian). Him and his team made those damages practically disappear. Highly recommend.
