Chris is wonderful!! Makes moving a nice experience. Takes time to listen & help w what ever you need. I don’t even live in Fort Myers but I still keep my storage there. Nancy is also wonderful. We need more kind people like this in the world

Every interaction with Chris and the staff at the Lock Up has always been nothing short of exceptional and professional and they’re always willing to help and have treated me with the utmost courtesy and kindness. Chris (the manager) is always willing to assist in any way that he can and is great at working with people and treating you with the highest respect. While I value the perks of and the cleanliness of the facility, Chris and his staff are a big part of why I continue to do business at this particular location.

I had friends trying to unload some of my stuff into my storage unit. They had my name, account number and key. No deal. They couldn't get in without my pin#.
They are the real deal when it comes to security. Thanks Lockup. You're the best!

Nancy is amazing at what she does!
Me and my Fiance recently started renting here to store our belongings until we move in together. Nancy was very friendly and set up the lease, gave me the keys, showed me the climate controlled unit itself, then set up auto pay all in a short matter of minutes. Very pleased with the experience!

Front office for The Lock up on College parkway is very accommodating and efficent. Facility is clean and well managed.

Chris and Nancy were the absolute best !! Extremely courteous and gave me a nice tour of the facility the customer service is satisfactory !! I would recommend this storage facility to my family and friends. The storage facility is very clean and up to date and I love the music they play in the facility while I store my belongings away. Great experience all together !!

Best experience I’ve had at a self storage place. The manager, Chris, was super nice and friendly and was extremely helpful. He helped me decide on a unit that would be right for me and he actually saved me money as well. I highly recommended this location!

Self storage facilities are all much the same. With any business, it's the people that make it or break it. Chris at the Lockup in Fort Myers was very helpful, friendly, and made the experience of finding a place to store what we had left after Ian destroyed almost everything we owned a very good one. Thanks.
