Tide Cleaners provides a convenient and friendly service for customers. The staff is praised for being helpful and caring, making drop-offs quick and easy. Customers appreciate the quick turnaround, often having their clothes ready the very next day, and enjoy the store's convenient hours, including weekends. The location near Costco is seen as convenient. Staff members like Efren and Marilyn are recognized for their great customer service, and customers are pleased with the small perks like water and dog treats available in-store. The cleanliness and pressing services are highly regarded, with several customers noting their clothes are well taken care of and pressed nicely. One customer mentioned a white refresh on a top, which had a new stain upon pickup; however, the staff quickly and beautifully resolved the issue, leaving the top looking better than ever. Customers also find the prices reasonable compared to other local cleaners, making Tide Cleaners a popular choice. Overall, the friendly service and quick, reliable cleaning make it a great place for garment care, though some feel the cleaning results could be improved in handling stains and odors.
Amazing service and quick turnaround. Been using Tide for years and not simply for the location but for the friendly customer service as well. Highly recommend.
