I was on the water with a dead boat battery. I called TS to see if they had marine batteries and would have bought two. But the old guy answering the phone just said, "Tractor supply please hold," and put me on hold the three times I called. Even after I got my question out, he still put me on hold. You lost a customer for good today, and instead of salvaging my day of fishing, I went home instead of spend money at TS.

This tractor supply is close to my house, and now I’m driving 15 miles in the opposite direction just so I don’t have to go here. It’s easily the worst tractor supply in this area, they’re always out of stock, never have enough people working, the store is cluttered and disorganized

Price tags missing from a lot of products, products with wrong price tags, overall a shady place nothing like the other locations in the area, cluttered and tight cant even get through some places with your shopping cart, asked about my account having my info updated on Veteran status and was completely ignored (I was the only one in line, store was not busy)

Terrible return policy. Had to buy 4 sets of lug nuts. Local store only had 3 went to another Tractor Supply to get the last one. Turns out they were the wrong size, I lost the receipt for the single package so I could only return 3. All my purchases were registered with my phone number. There should be a way to return an item with no receipt, even store credit. Now they lost me as a customer.

I stopped by the Tractor Supply store on Olga. They had a tent steak sale. I stopped by and purchased a pack of filets, I found them to be very tough. And although, I like the Tractor Supply store, I would recommend they check the products for quality before allowing it to be sold on their lot. Reflects bad on them.
