“Despite the other, not so great reviews, my experience with XPO Fort Myers was a FIVE STAR experience! I had a small pallet of fireworks shipped (HazMat freight) from across the country and they had it here in my hometown within just a few days. I called the XPO office and requested my order be held at the dock for dockside pickup, they had my pallet wrapped up and ready for me upon arrival. Office staff was super helpful and efficient. The forklift driver was super friendly and placed my order right next to my vehicle! Thank you for taking great care of me XPO Fort Myers! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐”

“I never really leave reviews but after going here today 2.13.26 and how everyone was there I feel like I need to. Had a motor come in today and called them to see if I could pick it up and the guy who answered was extremely helpful and friendly. Turns out the shipper didn’t put any contact information for me so they were getting ready to reach out to the shipper to try and get ahold of me. He told me the time the close and that I could stop by any time before that to pick up the motor. Fast forward a few hours and I show up and the guy that greeted me, who I think was the same one this morning was extremely nice and friendly as well. Asked me how I was doing and how he could help. He made it super easy and quick to get the motor and explained everything on where to park and how it would be brought out. Can say enough about this place being awesome and I don’t know why they have all these low ratings would def use them again!!!”
