I rented a 9' van for 5 hours, and ended up returning it an hour early. I bought a dozen of those movers' pads for $10, and they gave me 2 sealed bags of them. I only opened 1 of the bags, and used 3 or 4 pads if I remember correctly... The next day on my receipt, they charged me a $25 cleaning fee. I immediately (around 1pm) called them, because I left the truck spotless. The boss ("Greg," if that's even his real name) was, "on break," and I was told he would call me back. I never received a call back, and called at 3pm asking for him; they told me he already left for the day. "Melanie," who I spoke with, wouldn't even give me the Uhaul customer support number; I had to look it up myself. I then spoke with Ashley at customer support, and she said the reason they charged me a cleaning fee was because, and I quote, "I left the pads unfolded." It costs $25 to bend over, and pick up some pads? They never told me anything about folding the pads, and there's also nothing in the contract about that either. Keep in mind that 1 of the bags was still sealed and reusable, and I only used 3-4 pads max like I said. If anything, I should be refunded $30, because I only opened half of the $10 dozen I paid for... I asked Ashley if she knew of any job openings that paid $25 for 5 minutes of work, and we laughed it off. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, but Ashley guaranteed she would push this issue, and get me my money back. Untrustworthy place with untrustworthy people. If you use them, take tons of pictures, and keep documents of everything.

Krista was extremely rude and unhelpful. She also discriminated against my temporary disability and told me it’s not her problem that the building is not accessible (blocked entryway). Unacceptable

Would give a zero star if possible. Where do I begin with this. This place rips you over the coals and does nothing to take care of you. My father-in-law has been paying for this place to leak for the last year for nothing but leaks and mold on all of his stuff! This is supposed to be insulated and yet it’s still leaking! They “compensated” him by giving him tarps to cover his place. Moving out ASAP and hoping his valuables can hold up until we move everything out.

I was charged for additional fuel after telling one employees that on my paperwork it was showing almost full and reality it was 3/4 of a tank full. I will be going to the facility this morning and speaking to a manager and showing him the picture as proof because one of his employees told me that it was full and I kept telling them to look again I didn't want to tell them that they were actually blind so I took it this way but I will be back showing the manager the picture that I took before leaving the facility showing the mileage and where the needle actually was. Here are the pictures of before I left and how I put the fuel back to exactly where it was.

They're getting away with murder on people's hard earned money at that location,I will never use uhaul services again! Wow ? unbelievable what that staff is doing to clients over there... Shame on uhaul for not fixing this problem!

THERE'S A BIG SCAM GOING ON AT THAT SPECIFIC LOCATION, THEY'RE USING CUSTOMERS IDENTITY TO OBTAIN FRAUDULENT CONTRACTS ON THINGS LIKE MILEAGE,GAS AND THE TIME YOU BROUGHT BACK THE EQUIPMENT. ITS REALLY BAD... I WAS ABLE TO GET CORPORATE HQ TO SEND ME A CONTRACT THEY MADE OUT ON MY NAME SAYING THEY HAD TO SWITCH OUT MY EQUIPMENT WHICH NEVER OCCURRED,AND I REALIZED THE TRUCK WAS HALF FULL INSTEAD FULLY FULL AS THE LADY AT THE OFFICE WROTE ON THE CONTRACT. IM FEELING ANGRY, BETRAYED AND I WANT TO BLOW THE WHISTLE ???? I NEED MY REFUND ASAP! THIS IS RIDICULOUS IN 2024! @UHAUL #UHAUL
